PAYMENT & HOTEL POLICY
1. The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rate agreed within the contract period in the event of tax
alterations by Government and Service Charge amendments.
2. Rates Restrictions
Rates are applicable to your company account. All rates given are at the discretion of the Hotel and
are received at the Hotel’s decision.
3. The above rates are NON-COMMISSIONABLE.
4. The above rates inclusive 21% Service Charge & Government Tax.
5. Reservation Policy
Reservations made by the companies who have Credit Facilities approval with the
Hotel will be confirmed if the Hotel has received your Guarantee Letter under your
Company Letter Head.
Reservations made by the companies who do not have Credit facilities with the
Hotel can only be confirmed upon receive of full payment.
In order to secure a confirmed space for the above mentioned function, kindly sign
and return a copy of this letter before the Cut-Off-Date.
The rates mentioned above will only be valid for this function only and will be valid
when the signed copy is returned to us by the stipulated cut off date.
6. Guaranteed Numbers
Guaranteed number of guests attending is required a minimum of 7 business days prior to the event.
Should there be a reduction in the number of guests inside of 7 business days, the hotel will charge
the client for the number confirmed 7 business days prior to the event

7. Short Lead Bookings (booked within 21 days from the day of arrival)
If requested applicable Accommodation Terms and Conditions will be confirmed by the Hotel’s Sales
relevant to each Client’s booking.
08. Method of Payment:
50% Deposit to be paid by 1 Week Upon Sign the Agreement
(Maximum):
The balance should be 1 Week before Event
settled by:
Any Extra charges during the event, the payment must be paid
immediately before the function by Cash / Credit Card
Payment could be made either by Cash or Credit card or Transfer to:

09. Cancelation
- In the event of any cancellation by the client for any reason, the client should be liable for all loses
sustained by the Hotel which reserves the right to refund prepaid deposit at the Hotel direction
- We would require cancellation/postponed fee as follows:
25% incase of any cancellation made within 2 weeks prior the event
50% incase of any cancellation made within 7 days prior the event
75% incase of any cancellation made within 5 days prior the event
100% incase of any cancellation made within 2 days prior the event
10. Liability
The client agrees not to put any banners, backdrops, display, streamers or any electrical
connection without prior permission from the hotel and agrees not to drift nails and screws
into permanent parts of the hotel or its properties and agrees not to smoke in prohibited
area and that will be charge to the Committee Rp.1.000.000,-nett if found smoking or
break the above mentioned rules
The client is responsible for the guests and any other companies organized by the
client for the event. Any other damages of the hotel’s properties caused will be charged
according to the damage
Committee or Organizer should make a list of participants valuable
belongings and must be reported to the Hotel prior to the function
The person/persons signing this contract hereby confirm their full capacity and authority
to do so. The person(s) and organisation(s) listed as the Client shall be liable in full for
all costs and charges raised as a result of the herein agreed booking.

Function organisers are not permitted to bring in their own caterers or beverages unless prior
arrangements with the Conference and Catering Manager have been made. A charge will apply in the
event permission is given. In the event of incident happen we will charge you Rp. 100.000,-nett per
person of guarantee order (for food and/or beverage only). Hotel is absolutely not responsible for any
cause
12. Substitute Rooms
The Hotel reserves the right to assign another room for the function in the event the room originally
designated for such function is not available or inappropriate in the opinion of the Hotel.
13. Special effects
Any special effects must be pre-authorised by the Conference department. Should the Fire Brigade
respond to an alarm which has been set off by an unauthorised use of smoke machine etc, you will be
liable for any charges incurred by the hotel.
14. Deliveries
Equipment or manuals delivered for a function must be directed to the attention of the Conference and
Catering Department and the function name and date clearly stated. Equipment or manuals delivered
prior to the start of the function cannot be stored unless prior arrangements have been made.
15. Items not collected
Any items that have not been collected after the event will be disposed of within 14 days.
16. Cleaning
Where extra-ordinary cleaning is required in any areas of the Hotel, the Client will be billed for
applicable charges.
17. Storage
The storage of materials or items for the event is subject to the availability of space and must be
requested in advance. The hotel will take all necessary care, but accepts no responsibilities for
damage or loss or merchandise left in the hotel prior, during or after events. All items must be
removed immediately following each event.
18. Security
The hotel will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise
left in thehotel prior, during or after functions, and suggest that insurance cover be arranged for
valuable items.
