Thank you for considering Hotel Moritz Biz Gandaria as your preferred accomodation for your upcoming
guest on April, 6 2023.
Further to our discussion, herewith we have much pleasure in submitting you our confirmation letter with
the details as follows:

3) Contract Due Date & Payment

In order to confirm the booking, please sign this contract and send to me along with a copy of the bank
transfer by latest on 6 April, 2023.

Payment must be settled in full upon confirmed.

Payment must be made in cash or by bank draft unless guests have written credit arrangement with Hotel
Moritz Biz Gandaria.

Payment can be paid directly to Hotel Cashier or bank transfer through:

Incidental Charges – these will be made to each guest’s personal account and charged upon confirmed;
Validity – offer is valid until 6 April, 2023.

4) Cut Of Date : Rooming List and Number of Participants

 You should send me the final number of rooms you require and the number of participants at least 3
days prior to arrival (6 April 2023);
 After that date any rooms not confirmed will be released;
 Any additional rooms required after the cut of date are subject to availability but at the same rate as
above;
 The number of participants can be reduced by a maximum of 2% from the original booking.

6) Cancellation & No-Show Policy

The following is our cancellation and no-show policy;

In case of postpone or cancellation of the event made, cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
- Once booking confirmation is made, deposit amount paid will not be refunded
- No Show will be charged one night room charges on each room blocked
- Full charge will apply for No Show or Cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival and early departure
- Less than 1 (one) month of the event, 50 % of the estimated total budget will be charges
- Less than 2 (two) weeks of the event, 75 % of the estimated total budget will be charged
- Less than 1 (one) week of the event, 100 % of the estimated total budget will be charged

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Liability
The client agrees not to put any banners, backdrops, display, streamers or any electrical connection
without
prior permission from the hotel, agrees not to drift nails and screws into permanent parts of the hotel or its
properties and not to smoke in a prohibited area. Organizers and guests who found smoking in that area
will
be charged at IDR 1,000,000,- nett/case. Any damage of the hotel’s properties will be charged to the clients

FORCE MAJEUR
 The hotel cannot be held responsibility for cancellation/postponement/termination of event of
event/s due to the labor strike, weather reasons (rain during outdoor function for example), fire,
political/social unrest or similar happenings which is beyond control of the hotel.
 Especially for weather reasons, the hotel has full authority to relocate an outdoor function to
indoor facilities ifthe situation does not support the function to be held out door. For instance if the
rain is expected to pour in the evening, The hotel Banquet Staff has to decide by latest 18:30 p.m.
on that day, upon consultation with the function organizer.
 Any additional matters arise in state of the above mentioned, should be consulted to us, at least
three daysprior to the arrival/function date.

SECURITY
The hotel will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left in
the hotel prior, during or after functions, and suggest that insurance cover be arranged for valuable items.
OTHERS
 This Confirmation Letter will be valid after receiving signature from both parties to secure the room and
meeting room.
 Additional addendum will be applied base on required
