Your reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only.
Please carry a valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving License or Passport) for all
the guests. PAN Card will not be accepted as an ID proof.
Your special requests will be passed on to the hotel, and those shall be subject
to availability and the terms and conditions of the concerned hotel. ixigo shall
not be liable for any discrepancy in the provision or performance of such
services.
Please contact the hotel for any requests related to early check-in or late check-
out.
ixigo has collected payment, if any only on behalf of the supplier in the capacity
of pure agent.
The tax invoice for hotel accommodation services will be issued by the hotel
directly. Please ask the hotel for the GST invoice at the time of check-in and
collect it at the time of check-out.
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy mentioned on www.ixigo.com shall also apply.
Please do not share your personal and security details like passwords, CVV etc.
with any third person or party claiming to represent ixigo. For any queries,
