3. Cancellation Policy & Early Termination

• Cancellations made within 72 hours to date of arrival, or in case of no-show or early departures are non-refundable.
• Our service suite has the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to the total price of the reservation.

4. Rates & Taxes

a. All our rates are inclusive of prevailing government taxes and service charge.
b. A mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM 10.00 will be imposed per suite unit per night. This levy is not applicable to residents who
holding Malaysian Identity Card, Mykad or Permanent Residents status, MyPR.

5.We are a 100% non-smoking Service Suites. A smoking fine of RM300 will be imposed or full amount of deposit will be forfeited for
disobeying the rule.
