RULES AND REGULATIONS

 Full payment should be made upon reservation or within 24-48 hour.

 Personal checks are not accepted.
 Only the rented accommodation/s is/are allowed to be used. Additional requests can be made at the front
desk depending on the availability.
 Only the agreed number of person/s will be accommodated at the resort. Room accommodation to get a
screen cottage is not allowed and vice versa. Excess are not allowed. The management reserves the right
to not allow the excess number of guests to enter if no accommodation is available to cater the number of
guests.
 In case of cancellation of reservation/s, deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made 5 days prior to date
of reservation. However, it is transferable for future booking/s if the cancellation is made 7days prior to
the date of reservation within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
 No Walk-in guest will be accommodated in observance of the COVID-19 Safety Protocol.
 Additional charge of Php1,000 for early check in (if the room is available).
 For room accommodation Check in time is 2pm, check out time at exactly 12nn.
 For Screen Cottage: Day tour Check in time is 9am to 5pm,Overnight Check in time is 6pm to 8am
 If the guests wishes to extend up to 1pm they will be charged with half day room rate.
 If the guests wishes to extend more than 1pm, they will be charged 1 day room rate depending on the
availability of the room.
 An additional deposit of Php2,000 per room/Php1,000 per cottage is required which will serve as security
bond and is refundable once no damages/losses/violation has been done.
 The management has the right to decline or agree to any extension of stay without prior notice.
 Keys should be surrendered before leaving.
 The resort reserves the right not to accommodate guests who refuse to wear the color coded wrist bands
and refuses to follow rules and regulations more importantly the COVID-19 Safety Protocol.
 For security purposes, guests are required to wear the color coded wrist band for the whole duration of their
stay. Removal or loss will be charged Php100.00.

 The management will not be held liable for any losses and damages to your valuables. May it be
fortuitous or not (theft, ransack and the like)
 Any of the guests shall be responsible for any losses, damages, vandals to our properties based on its value.
 The resort is a non- smoking establishment. A penalty of Php5,000 will be placed if ever caught. Designated
area is provided. Urinating/ Defecating anywhere will be penalized Php1,000
 Any other electrical appliances aside from the ones provided by the resort will have a corresponding charge.
 Children must be accompanied by adults while swimming and during the stay inside the resort.
 Fruits should be prepared, ready to eat before entering the resort to minimize the presence of flies
(Durian, marang and jackfruit are not allowed inside the resort).
 The lifeguard is only available from 6am to 6pm. As such, swimming beyond 6pm is highly
discouraged.
 For the safety of the guests, entrance is open up to 10pm only. Guest are not allowed to go out except if going home.
 Tent is only allowed to be used from 6pm – 7am; Php100 per Tent charge.
 The management will not be held responsible for any accident/s that may occur inside the resort due to
misuse of equipments and not following rules and regulations.
 The guest is required to check the room and sign a logbook confirming that the room is in good
condition prior to using it.

To maintain the cleanliness and peaceful ambiance of the resort the following are NOT allowed
inside
 Bringing of food, drinks, pitching tents, setting up tables and chairs outside the fence or to the shore. (Php
500/violation)
 Videoke machine and large speakers. (except for exclusive booking) Music up to 10 in the evening only
and resume at 7 in the morning in regulated volume.
 Pets and Firearms.
 Cleaning of fish. (We can clean the fish for you with a charge of P30 /kilo) (Penalty P500)
 Slaughtering of live animals and roasting “lechon”.( Penalty 1,000)
 Chairs, tables, long benches or sofa and the likes.
 Eating and drinking inside the room/s. (Penalty P5,000)
 Eating and drinking at the floating cottage. (Penalty P500)
 Breakable glass or bottle. (as much as possible)
 Personal beddings. (bed, foam, blanket and pillows for room accommodation only)strictly not
allowed.
 Disposable plastic items such as sando bags,spoon and fork, plastic cups and Styrofoam of all sorts
(Penalty 1,000)
 Urinating, spitting, littering and throwing of garbage anywhere. (Penalty P1,000)
 Smoking anywhere aside from the designated area (Penalty Php 5,000)
 Refusal to follow COVID-19 Protocol (Penalty P3,000/Protocol violation) Tourist Police will conduct random
inspections.
