Note

1. The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for
safety/technical reasons without prior notice

2. Guests are not allowed to participate in any activities after consuming alcohol

3. If multiple groups are there on the same day for outing, usage of common
amenities will be on sharing and first come basis.

4. All kind of outside Eatables and Beverages are strictly prohibited.

5. Swimming pool/Artificial Waterfall are closed temporarily.

Paid Game: - Paint Ball : Rs.300/- PP (30 Pellets) Minimum 8 People Required.
Note:

Rd’s Nature Retreat wish to make your Day out / stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We request

you to follow our rules and regulations. We try our best to sort out any problems or concerns you may

have. If at any time you feel that something is not right, please feel free to contact us.

1. Quite hours will be maintained between 7 p.m. To 7a.m. Because of the open design of the nature

Sound can travel the distance. Please minimize sound / music since it might disturb nature and wild

animals.

2. Occupancy of site is reserved to the registered guests only.

3. Children need to be supervised by a parent or guardian and Rd’s Nature Retreat is not responsible.

4. Rd’s Nature Retreat is not responsible for any loss of valuables, accidents, or injuries.

5. We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the

Designated trash bins, including cigarette butts.

6. CANCELLATIONS: An advance once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

7. No adjustments for late arrivals or early departures and no shows in the Event (from the customer)

will be Charged the full amount of the reserved time.

8. Minimum 5 days advance booking is required.

9. Reservations are taken on a “first come, first served” basis.

10. RIGHT CONDUCT: We reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests in-case we find

them engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs, or generally disrupting the peace at the

premises

11. BREAKAGES / LOST Items: Any breakages / lost items related to the Rd’s nature retreat caused by

guest occupants during their stay will be charged to their personal accountability and will be settled in

full Upon check-out time. The amount to be charged is based on the price acquisition of such item(s)

or the actual quote

12. LIABILITY: The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property

Including theft, fire, flood, wind, or any act of God that may occur within the premises.
13. Swimming costume compulsory.

14. Storing of Hazardous goods in the rooms or in the property is strictly prohibited.

15. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Rd’s Nature Retreat will not permit illegal activity anywhere on the property.

Rd’s Nature Retreat management and staff will assist the police in every possible way (including

Testifying) to convict anyone performing illegal acts or engaging in illegal activity within the premises.

16. Guests should Compulsory wear Wrist Bands provided by nature retreat Executives. In case of lost

there won’t be entry inside Premises. Please contact any Executives in reception.
