spacious bedrooms provide an oasis of serenity and comfort. Prepare

HOME RULES
 HOME TRUTHS
Please use bed and bath linens with care.
We wish to be an eco-friendly brand.
We replace linen every 3 days for long stays. Please ask the
housekeeping personnel for fresh pair, if needed.
To avoid foul smell, dry all wet garments and towels on the racks /
hangers provided.
Air conditioners will require 20 minutes to cool the room. Please
ensure your room doors and windows are closed while the AC is on.
Geysers will require 15 minutes to heat the water. Please ensure you
account for enough time.
Air Conditioners and Geysers will not function on Inverter.
Remember to switch off the geysers, air-conditioners, lights and fans
when not in use.
Since this home is powered by the local electricity board, you may face
fluctuations during your stay without any prior intimation. However,
there are invertors available on site which will provide basic lights &
fans during cuts.
Fresh hand, pool or body towels can be provided upon request.
All our bathing & hand wash products are organic.
Extra mattresses, pillows and duvets can be provided upon request.
Kindly keep all doors and windows closed to avoid entry of rodents,
bugs & pests.
 HOME TRUTHS
Do not enter the pool under the influence of alcohol.
Food, drinks, glass and breakable items are strictly prohibited in and
around the pool.
The area around the pool may get slippery due to the water dripping.
Exercise caution while walking.
Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty nor any floats provided.
Use of the pool is entirely at the risk of the Guests.
Children under 12 years are to be accompanied by an adult at all
times.
Our pool is open to sky, so there are chances of leaves, dirt or some
dust. Please notify the caretaker to clean.
Please ensure you clean up after your pets just as you do otherwise.
The caretaker will retire for the night between 10pm-7am. Please
convey any special requests by 8 pm of the previous night.
Every artefact and showpiece is priceless. Do not touch or move any
décor items.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Sheesha/hookah is not permitted inside the villa.
Loud Music is not permitted in the exterior of the villa beyond 10pm.
DJ set-up is not allowed.
Please ensure all doors and windows are closed at all times to avoid
any insects, bugs, rodents or animals from entering.
 POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be
charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days
before arrival. If you don’t show up, you will be charged the total price
of the reservation.

PAYMENT POLICY

50% of the total booking amount to be paid at the time of booking.

Remaining 50% of the total booking amount to be paid 30 days prior to
arrival.
A Refundable Security deposit of INR 7500 per night to be given to the
Villa Manager upon check in. The security deposit will be returned at
the time of check out , Incase of no spillages, damages and / or
breakages, etc. caused by the one or more guests between check in
and check out, an appropriate amount would be deducted from the
total security deposit.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Check in time: 1:00pm (Early check-in would be subject to availability).
Check out time: 11:00am (Late check-out would be subject to
availability).
Extra mattresses & pillows can be provided on request.
Kitchen is not accessible to guests.
Cash, valuables of the guests are not the responsibility of the
management. Should any belongings of guest get lost or damaged –
management will not be liable for the loss. However, if the lost item is
recovered, the same will be duly returned to the guest.
All rooms & common areas in the villa are strictly non-smoking zones.
However, for smokers, specific areas are duly allotted.
For long stays bed sheets are changed every 3 days.
Possession or consumption of any forms of drugs – weed, marijuana,
hash, ganja etc. even in the smallest quantity on premises is against
the management’s policy.
The Management is not responsible for any death, injury caused due to
use of any sports equipment, swimming pool or any other equipment
on the premises. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all
times and supervised in the swimming pool.
No trespassing in other villas except the one offered during your stay.
Incase of any complaints of trespassing/noise complaints, The
Management is not responsible for any consequences.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules
will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in,
Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Panchgani experiences load shedding every Thursday for a couple of
hours, between 9am-6pm.
The property is equipped with a fully charged inverter & incase of
power cuts the inverter runs 3-5 hours However inverter does not
support air condition / wifi and geysers.
All are electronic gadgets / equipments are serviced from time to time,
incase of any sudden technical failure the management will not be
held responsible and will do everything in their capacity to fix it.
Loud music in not allowed in the exterior of the villa post 10pm.
Pool timings are 7am-9pm. Strictly adhere to the same.
Government issued ID proof required upon booking.
