Please Acknowledge:
We're not responsible for power outages in the village. Inverter
back up is up-to 8 to 10hrs or as per usage.
Approximately 200M of the approach road is a bit rough with pot
holes, and can get muddy during monsoon
Other than the Neighboring villa next to ours, The villa is a little
isolated for 200M

House Rules & Policies
Check-in time is 2 pm & check-out time is 11 am.
The balance amount shall be paid before or at the
time of check-in without fail.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability
& you may be charged extra.
Refundable security deposit to be submitted at Check-in
along with balance payment, if any.
Any Damages made by guests shall be deducted from
the security deposit.
Cooking/Bonfire/Barbecue charges extra.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs.
Pool timings are strictly up to 8:00 pm only.
Caretaker/Cook timing 9 am till 10 pm.
Children should be supervised while they are in or
around the pool.
Do not carry food/drinks in & around the pool.
Music is allowed outdoors till 9:30 pm only, Soft music
can be played indoors after 9 pm.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
One-day prior intimation shall be given for any meal
preparation from the check-in date.
Keep doors & windows closed in the evening to avoid
mosquitoes and insects.
Switch off the fans & lights when not in use.

Parsi Point left
Next, take the 3rd left (the left after Table Land Rd.)
Velocity Follow the GPS till Aston High School.
Entertainments
Lastly, Open the GPS & head toward the villa.

The GPS shows a shortcut from the Ghat which is
NOT to be taken.
Villa is Approximately 3KM (15 Min) from Panchgani
Kates Point
market.
Villa is a little isolated but our 3 to 4 caretakers shall
be on premises 24/7.
200m Approach Rd is unconstructed with potholes &
VENNA LAKE can be muddy during monsoons.
