- 4 Bedroom and 4 attached bathroom , However 1 bedroom is out in the Lawn , which we call
the Jungle lodge becos of the location and the interiors .
- All Rooms , Living room and Dinning is Air-conditioned .
- There is a Pool table in the Living rooms
- We have a 55 inch TV in the Hall
- This Villa has a open Kitchen with all Cutlery , Appliances, Hot kettle , Toaster ,
Oven ,Microwave , Blender etc to make a meal. We have 16 Plates , 16 bowls , 16 glasses , and 4
serving bowls .
- We have a Wok , Pan , pressure cooker , Milk pot with laddles .
- Wifi is available , however strongest in the Hall, Dinning and the master room .
- This Villa has a Huge Pool and a sunken bar
- The Lawn has some good seating spots to relax .
- Linen is provided once during your stay, we do not provide any bathroom amenities like soap
etc for the time being.
- Pool towels and Shower by the pool is available .
- All delivery services are available at this place , there are several restaurants and markets in 2 –
3 km radius .
- There is a caretaker in the Premises who will assist in cleaning the place .
- We have a Generator that will offer 24 x 7 electricity
- The beach is approx 100M from the Villa
- There are 4 camera around the villa in the lawn for the safety and security of the guest .
- This villa is only 1 floor , the terrace cannot be used as its not suitable becos of low railing and
pits .
- There is parking for 10 cars inside the villa
- All bathrooms have Heater and exhaust fan
- All rooms , Living room and Dinning is airconditioned
- There is a Bar in the Dinning area .
- We have Wine glasses , Beer mugs , Bottle openers .
- We have a RO plant for water , If you wish to have mineral water , Pls do carry with you , It can
be stored in the refrigerator .
- We provide handwash in all bathroom and offer Shower cap on request .
- We have provided 2 board games , Chess and milti board game .
