FLOWERS

Personalized decoration is avail able upon request. Wedding couples who engaged an outside vendor for the wedding
celebrations must note that non genuine fl owers are strictly not permitted for decoration purposes. All flowers used
for the occasion must be fresh flowers. The desi gn of decoration must be sent to the Alila event coordinator for
approval and this is to ensure that the decoration i s in line with the Alil a Villas brand.


MARRIAGE CREDENTIAL RELIGIOUS APPOINTMENT

Indonesi an Marri age Law states that a legal marriage in Indonesia must be performed according to the reli gion of both
parties (the bride and groom) that i s recognized by the Indonesian Law. Five religions that are recognized in Indonesi a
are: Hindu, Isl am, Buddhist, Christi an Protestant and Catholic. As of 2012, Catholic religious marriage is no longer
allowed to be performed outside of church. Depending on the type of the reli gious marri age ceremony, there are
different requirements to make marriage in Indonesi a legally valid.

A religi ous ceremony performed by a Balinese Hindu priest to pray that the rain is being hol d/di verted into a different
location during the event. Avail able at USD 350++/day (12-hours)

84F/27C. November to March i s warmer and more humid. Tr opical rain fall s in short bursts, interspersed with

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The above packages are val id for booking made between 1 January 2014 31 March 2015

Reception dinner i s consi dered mandatory where food and beverages arrangement s as well as food and beverages
services for the reception dinner will be provided by the resort. No outsi de food i s to be brought into the hotel by
the client without the resorts consent .

Final guaranteed number of guests for the reception di nner shoul d be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
Kindly be advi sed that the number of guests guaranteed 30 days prior to the event will be billed accordingly even if
the final number of participants falls short on the date of the function. Any additional guests attending your event will
be charged accordingly.

Deposit Requirements:
First deposit of 50% of the confirmed package is required to guarantee the space. A letter of agreement will be i ssued
by Alila Villas Uluwatu withi n 48 hours after the event confirmed. Balance payment s for all the confirmed arrangement
will be required 30 days (1 months) prior to the date of the event.

Cancell ation Policy:
In the event of cancellati on the following charges will apply:
For any cancellation made post confirmation, a 50 % of the esti mated total cos t will be charged to the Bri de and
Groom.

For any cancellation made within 30 days (1 months) prior to the event date, a 100 % of the esti mated co st will be
charged to the Bride & Groom.
