COUNTRYSIDE LIVING ON THE EDGE OF TOWN

The Cap House is a charming house situated in an area of quiet, beautiful countryside only a 6 minute drive from the heart of
Ibiza town.
The house has been subject to a significant refurbishment and features a totally renovated 18m swimming pool, pool terrace,
self-contained casita and a fabulous new dining-kitchen and scullery + laundry.
The Cap House has spectacular views of the local countryside, Talamanca bay, Dalt Villa (Ibiza Old Town) and all the way to
the pirate tower at the far end of Playa d’en Bossa.

THE HOUSE
There are five bedrooms, all with air con and their own bathroom. Four of the bedrooms are in the main house, the fifth is part
of a self-contained casita. The house can comfortably sleep 10, plus a child on the sofa bed in the casita and/or a baby in a
travel cot in the master suite.
• A spacious split-level sitting room with large L-shaped sofa and 50inch smart TV. UK TV channels including Sky, Netflix,
iPlayer, Amazon Prime etc

• A grand piano, lots of books and beautiful art. Sonos speaker system in kitchen and sitting room
