Thank you for choosing Greenzest Villa which offers Luxurious home with modern amenities, private
pool and spectacular Mountain View.

Here are few things we would like to mention to ensure pleasant stay at the Villa.

LIVING ROOM
Living room center light has inbuilt Bluetooth speaker. TV & Light remotes, Speaker charging cord,
water dispenser charging cord, Mic and indoor games are kept in TV cabinet drawer.

Jio dongle will be provided after check in process. Kindly return the same to the caretaker at the
time of checkout.

Below things are available in KITCHEN CABINETS:

Crockery & Glasses, Tea cups with Tea & coffee sachet, Tissue papers, Kitchen towel, Oven safe
containers with Hand glove, Dining table mats, First aid box and Fire extinguisher

BEDROOM
Extra mattress, bedsheet and comforter are available in wardrobe. Hair dryer is placed in wardrobe
drawer. Outdoor Balcony Cushions are kept in 1st floor bedroom wardrobe.

BATHROOM
Dental kit, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Hand wash & Towels available in bathroom.

We request not to take any indoor furniture outside villa. Please do not take speaker near swimming
pool.

For Security reason there are CCTV cameras at swimming pool and 1st floor balcony attached to a
bedroom. It can be covered with cloth if required. Please let caretaker know about the same and he
will do the needful. You can ask for Badminton and Cricket equipment to our caretaker.

In case of emergency there is a govt. hospital in the village near Hanuman temple.

Should you require any additional help or information during your stay, you can contact caretaker.
Feel free to call us in case of any requirements.

Any food related queries, feedback, preparations, preferences, kindly communicate directly with
caretaker.

Please close the windows while raining to avoid any damage to furniture.
