Casa Espaa House Policies and Guide

Please read the following policies carefully. FINES apply. If you have questions please consult with us. The house is located at 713 North Union Street, Natchez Mississippi, 39120. Please provide us a cell number where you can be reached and contact Analisa 45 to 30 minutes prior to arrival so that she may greet you at the house. 225-572-4995 (Analisa) CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT. Check-in time of 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. OCCUPANCY. Additional persons may not stay overnight without prior notification, at which point additional charges will apply. BREAKFAST. Bed & Breakfast guests (by the room bookings) receive in-room light-continental fare. In addition, those who wish it, receive complimentary vouchers to a full Southern breakfast at either of two local eateries. Whole house rental guests (private home full access) receive a generously stocked pantry refrigerator and freezer with breakfast foods, soft drinks and snacks. SMOKING. For the health, comfort and safety of our guests smoking is not allowed. Any evidence of smoking WILL incur a FINE of $250 that will automatically be billed to your credit card. If damage is caused to furnishings or the property as a result of smoking, the FINE PLUS replacement costs for damages will apply and in cases where a security deposit is involved, the entire amount of the damage/security deposit will NOT be refunded. PETS. Casa Espaa maintains a low-allergen environment and regrettably cannot accommodate pets. Any evidence of pets WILL incur extra cleaning fees, a $500 fine AND additionally will constitute forfeit of the entire amount of any damage/security deposit being held by Casa Espaa. The owners of Casa Espaa assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans should contraband pets be introduced on premises by the renters. DOORS. For whole house renters. It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure all doors are locked prior to departure. Should any theft occur in the house as a result of unsecured doors, Casa Espaa will reserve the right to seek compensation for loss and damages. KITCHEN. Please rinse and load dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

BOOKS. Please refrain from taking the books from our shelves or anywhere else in the house with you. The books in the house are for the enjoyment of all our guests and their removal from the premises is NOT permitted. We will charge your credit card for any missing books. MAID SERVICE/LINENS AND TOWELS. While linens and bath towels are available, daily maid service is not included in the long-term rental rate but is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. So if you plan to use towels or linens anywhere outside Casa Espaa, please bring your own. PARKING. Parking is off-street and limited to the circular driveway and available space adjacent to the side of the house. FIREPLACES. The fireplaces are decorative only. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. GARBAGE. Garbage bags which are filled to capacity during your stay should be placed inside the receptacles lined alongside the alleyway located on the right hand side of the house. WORK CREW DAYS. Yard maintenance work takes place every Monday, weather permitting. Pool maintenance work takes place every Tuesday. This work takes place in outer peripheries. Unless previously arranged by the owners in consultation with guests, no work crew member should enter the inner premises of the house. WIRELESS. The password for the wireless is 6014455236 LIGHT SWITCHES/DIMMERS. Some light switches in the house are equipped with dimmers. These are the rectangular shaped metal plates you will see on some of the light switches, namely the master bath and the dining room. To turn on the lights using these switches all you need do is tap on them lightly. To brighten or darken the room, rest your finger(s) on the metal plate until reaching the desired level of brightness and immediately lift your finger(s) away from the plate. REFRIGERATOR. Please keep the temperature on the refrigerator at 37 and the freezer temperature at 0. WASHER/DRYER. LONG-TERM renters, please do not overload the washer or the dryer. If damage to either is caused as a result of overloading, you will be responsible for paying the repair charges. TELEVISION SETS. The TV sets operate differently. Don Miguel (Master Bedroom) and Don Carlos (Queen Size bedroom.) To turn TV on/off please use the television remote. Also use the television remote to control volume level. The Direct TV remote is only useful to change channels.
