✅exclusive use of the place for 4 hours

Additional 150 pesos per hour extended until 10pm only.

❕Please treat all the items inside the unit with care. Any damage or lost items will be charged by the
signed guest. Charge will be the amount of the actual item you damage. The unit owner will not enter
into negotiation in terms of paying the damage.

📵Please take care of your personal belongings. Unit owners will not be liable/responsible for any lost
guest items.

🚯Penalty for stained fabrics or furniture will be imposed.
