Angelic Mansion would like to be your partner here in Puerto Princesa City ,we have 20 well-appointed guests’
rooms consisting of 18 Deluxe Rooms and 2 Family Rooms that can accommodate up to 6 persons.

Below are our CONTRACTED RATES effective until December 31,1010.

For Group Travelers’ (20-65 pax ), we can give a net amount of Php 500.00/ pax or we can negotiate further
depending on certain conditions that might come up.

Above Rates are inclusive of the following:

 Roundtrip Airport Transfer
 Free use of swimming pool
 Free Wi-Fi Access
 Government Tax and Service Charge

RESERVATION PROCEDURES:

 All bookings shall be coursed through telephone or e-mail.

 The client must send complete guests’ names, group names and details of the bookings.
 Rooms check in time is at 2:00 PM while check out time is 12:00 Noon.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 We will require a non-refundable down payment of 50% based on the total estimated cost two weeks
prior to guests’ arrival and the 50% balance can be settled upon the guest’s arrival. Any incidental charges
incurred shall be charged to personal account before check out.

 Extension of stay will be subject to room availability and application of appropriate charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 Cancellations made before payment of the balance may be made. However, the 50% down payment is
NON-REFUNDABLE.
 Cancellation made one week before the arrival will be charged one night based on the total number of
rooms reserved.
 No Show, the full estimated bill shall be charged in full base from the total number of rooms reserved.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

 Both parties agree to keep all information contained in this agreement, PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL.
