TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 We will require a non-refundable down payment of 50% based on the total estimated
cost two weeks prior to guest’s arrival and the 50% balance can be settledupon the
guest’s arrival. Any incidental charges incurred shall be charged to personal account
before check out.
