Hereinafter called "the Company"

Both Parties have mutually agreed to sign this agreement under the following terms and conditions:

I. ACCOMMODATION:
The hotel offers special room rate for your company as below:

Low season: From April 1st to September 30th.

High season: From January 1st to March 30th and from October 1st to December 31st.
 Benefits:
- Buffet breakfast
- Admission to Health Club & Swimming Pool.
- Tea, Coffee and two bottles of mineral water in the room are complimentary for use.

 Extra bed: US$15 per night. Additional occupancy without extra bed: US$10 per person per night.
 The maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children under 12 years of age.
 One (1) Complimentary room for tour guide for every ten (10) full paying rooms (inside or outside
the hotel) Maximum is 3 rooms per group.
 Please note that all rates committed to your company are confidential and should not be published at
any time or disclosed to a third party for any reason or purpose.
 Check - in time is 13h00 and check - out time is 12h00 noon. Late check - out is subject to availability and
the following charges are applied: 50% of applicable room rate prior to 18h00; 100% of applicable room
rate after 18h00.
 FOC: One (1) complimentary single or twin room for every fifteen (15) full paying rooms.

II. MEALS:
 - Minimum price for a set of Vietnamese food: US$ 5/ person/ meal (at least 05 persons).
- Minimum price for a set of ASIAN food: US$ 7/ person/ meal (at least 05 persons).
- Minimum price for a set of Western food: US$ 10/ person/ meal (at least 05 persons).
- Minimum price for international buffet food: US$15/person/ meal (at least 30 persons).

* One (1) complimentary person for every fifteen (15) full paying persons.
* One (1) complimentary ration for Vietnamese tour guide for every ten (10) full paying persons.
* Child under 12 years old will be discounted 30% of the above prices.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All room reservations and rates are subject to availability and confirmation unless allocations have been
confirmed. Unless the arrival is guaranteed by the Company in writing or a deposit of the first night's room
charge with meal (if any) or a Credit Card number of the guest(s) has been received by the Hotel prior to the
date of arrival of the guest(s), rooms are held only until 18:00 only if there is no other agreement made. For
any cancellation received less than 5 days prior to the guest(s) arrival or if guest(s) are no shows, full
cancellation fee equal to the total booking revenue will be charged by the Hotel to the Company. No
cancellation fee will be charged, if the cancellation results from unavoidable situations, such as accident,
natural calamities, warfare etc. with official notice from the Company, sent to the Hotel.
Early check-out: unused room nights and meals are not refundable for early departure unless notice is given
to the Hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

PAYMENT

All amounts mentioned in this contract are in US Dollars.

All above rates are inclusive of 5% Service Charges and 10% Value Added Tax. Rates are non-
commissionable.

SIGNING

This agreement is made out in 02 copies (English language) and will come into force the day it is
appropriately signed by both parties and an original copy has been returned to the Hotel.
This agreement is effective from the date of signing.

This agreement is effective from the date of signing until December 31th 2008.
