Full payment will be forfeited for shorten stay or no-show
Minimum 2 nights stay within period
The Management reserves the right to implement additional ‘close out’ dates with minimum one (1) week’s
notice.
Surcharge/Closed out Period - Any cancellation later than 30 days (before 12 noon local time) prior to arrival will be
charged at one night room rate. Full charge will be charged automatically for No-Show.
The Hotel reserves the right to amend the No-Show / Cancellation at point of reservation.
CONTRACTED RATES
-These rates are offered for Free Individual Travelers (F.I.T) bookings to the Hotel.
-The Contracted Rates may not be valid for group of five (5) rooms and above.
-Kindly contact your Hotel Sales Manager for applicable group rates.
-This contract rates are strictly for your company's use. Subcontract to other agencies or tour operators and display or
published of rates on B2C Internet platforms without a written permission from the Hotel are prohibited. Any
infringement will be deemed as material breach of this contract. The Hotel reserves the right to seek compensation,
financial or otherwise or to terminate the contract as a result of the breach.
ROOM ALLOCATION
Any Room Allocation herein is based on projected production from the Agent. The Hotel/s reserves the right to review
such allocations, as well as the relevant cut-off dates, periodically. Allocations may not be available over blackout
dates
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Reservations are to be made in advance. All reservations are subject to the Hotel’s acceptance which will be confirmed
by fax or email. For reservation arrangements, please call +65 6825 3886 or email to:

GUARANTEED POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by prepayment or by the company to secure bookings.
TERMINATION
The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the Contract Agreement by giving 30 days’ notice in writing.
CREDIT FACILITIES
Direct billing can be arranged based on approved credit facilities. Should credit be extended to your company, all
charges are to be settled promptly within 30 days after the guests’ departure.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Unless prior credit facilities have been established with the Hotel:-
A deposit equivalent to the first night’s room charge is required 21 days prior to arrival and full pre-payment for total
number of rooms reserved is required, including payment for banquet space 14 days prior to arrival of group. The
Hotel reserves the right to release the booked space if the above requirements are not met and the Tour Operator
making the reservation will be responsible for any cancellation charges that may apply. In order to guarantee booking,
the Hotel requires pre-payment at least 7 working days prior to guest arrival. Payment through bank can be directed
to the following account:
(a) The Hotel reserves the right to amend no show charges, room rates, meal rates and cancellation charges at point of
reservation.
(b) The Hotel endeavors to ensure that guest (s) with guaranteed reservation are provided with accommodation, which
has been booked. In the event that this is not possible, the Hotel’s sole responsibility and liability shall be to provide
alternative accommodation in another hotel of comparable standard in Singapore. The Hotel does not agree and will
not be responsible or liable for any alternative accommodation not arranged by an authorized manager of the Hotel.
(c) If rates are offered with breakfast as a package, the said rates shall be charged regardless of whether breakfast is
actually consumed by the guest.
