 Term and Condition
Kondisi & persyaratan

a) Reservation :
I. All reservation made by phone has to be confirmed by sending a guarantee letter by fax or email as a written confirmation.
Pemesanan kamar yang dilakukan lewat telepon, dan harus dikonfirmasikan secara tertulis dengan mengirimkan surat garansi
melalui faximile
II. Room reservation which is not guaranteed will be held up till 12:00 pm, and hotel also reserves the right to release the
reservation without any confirmation, if only for room reservation which is guaranteed for 1 (one) night’s charge as no
show fee.
Pemesanan kamar tanpa jaminan akan dibatasi hingga pkl. 12:00 wib, dan hotel juga berhak untuk menjual kamar tersebut tanpa
adanya pemberitahuan, hanya jika kamar yang dipesan telah disetujui /dijamin selama 1 (satu) malam sebagai denda jika tamu
tersebut tidak datang.
III. For room reservation for SUITE or PRESIDENTIAL SUITE type should be guaranteed 1 (one) night’s charge as no show
fee, by credit card deposit, cash or guarantee letter.
Khusus pemesanan tipe kamar SUITE atau PRESIDENT SUITE harus dijamin selama 1 (satu) malam sebagai denda pembatalan
jika tamu tersebut tidak datang, yang dapat dibayarkan dengan kartu kredit, tunai, ataupun garansi pembayaran yang resmi dari
perusahaan.

b) Check-in and Check-out procedure :

I. The official check-in time is 01:00 pm
Waktu kedatangan pkl. 13:00 wib
II. The official check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Waktu keberangkatan pkl. 12:00 wib
III. For late check-out extend should be informed to our front office.
Untuk keterlambatan waktu keberangkatan, agar dapat menginformasikan terlebih dahulu kepada pihak front office.
IV. Late check-out till 03:00 pm, will be charged 50% from amount of one night room charge
Keterlambatan waktu keberangkatan hingga pukul 15:00 wib, akan dikenakan tambahan biaya sebesar 50% dari harga kamar per
malam.
V. Late check-out till 06:00 pm, will be charged equivalent as 1 (one) night of room charge.
Keterlambatan waktu keberangkatan diatas pukul 18:00 wib, akan dikenakan tambahan biaya sama dengan harga kamar per malam.

c) Cancellation / No Show Charge :

I. Cancellation should be made 3 (three) days before arrival, and if cancellation made 1 (one) day before arrival so the hotel
reserves the right to impose cancellation / no show fee equivalent to 1 (one) night’s room charge.
Pembatalan harus dilakukan pada 3 (tiga) hari sebelum kedatangan, dan jika pembatalan dilakukan pada 1 (satu) hari sebelumnya,
maka hotel berhak untuk mengenakan denda sebesar harga kamar per 1 (satu) malam.
II. Cancellation’s confirmation made by phone should be followed with a written confirmation letter sending by
faximile/sms/whatshap.
Konfirmasi pembatalan dapat dilakukan lewat telepon dan diikuti dengan konfirmasi pembatalan secara tertulis yang dikirimkan
melalui faximile, sms, whatshap.

d) Method of Payment :
I. Hotel reserves the right to refuse any new reservation until all credit account are settled.
Hotel berhak untuk menolak pemesanan kamar hingga limit akhir piutang telah diselesaikan.
II. Credit facilities will be confirmed by filling credit application form.
Permintaan fasilitas kredit akan diberikan kemudian setelah mengisi aplikasi kredit

e) Other :
I. Hotel reserves the right to up-grade room type, if any technical problems during the stay.
Hotel berhak untuk memindahkan type kamar, jika terjadi permasalahan teknis selama menginap.
II. Hotel also reserves the right to make a change on this agreement, with 1 (one) month prior notice.
Hotel berhak pula untuk melakukan perubahan atas perjanjian ini, dengan melakukan pemberitahuan awal pada 1 (satu ) bulan
sebelumnya.
III. This agreement should be signed and returned to the hotel on before the arrival.
Surat perjanjian ini harus ditandatangani dan dikembalikan ke hotel sebelum kedatangan.
