Last Will and Testament of

Nyki A. Bacolong

I, Nyki A. Bacolong, Filipino citizen and of legal age, born on December 29, 1999 residing at 617 Upper
Rock Quarry, Baguio City, or of any area I am currently residing, being of sound mind, declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament. I revoke all wills and codicils previously made by me.

Declaration

A. I declare that I am of legal age to make this Will, and that I am of sound mind. This Will expresses my
wishes without undue influence or duress.

B. I hereby declare that Gresan A. Bacolong is my only legitimate sibling from Greg K. Bacolong and
Susan Marie A. Bacolong.

Article I

I appoint Greg K. Bacolong as my Personal Representative to administer this Will, and ask that he/she be
permitted to serve without Court supervision and without posting bond. If Greg K Bacolong is unwilling
or deceased, then I appoint Susan Marie A. Bacolong to serve as my Personal Representative, and ask
that he/she be permitted to serve without Court supervision and without posting bond.

If however the two as not willing or unavailable to do so, then I appoint the following if any of them is
willing to do so or alive at the moment. I also ask that he/she be permitted to serve without Court
supervision and without posting bond. The list must be followed in order.

1. Spouse if I Nyki A. Bacolong ever married.

2. First born Child if I Nyki A. Bacolong only if a had a legitimate children from a legitimate marriage.

3. Merwin Bagano- Friend and Classmate since College (Saint Louis University)

4. Gresan (Maleg-an) A. Bacolong- Sibling from Greg K. Bacolong and Susan Marie A. Bacolong.

5. Rogel (Bychon) A. Culaling- First Cousin from Mother’s side.

6. Jan Esan (Ethan) O. Ananayo- Sibling from Susan Marie A. Bacolong and father is unknown.

7. Dennis Pacalso- Cousin (spouse of first cousin) from Father’s side.

8. Dorothy Joy O. Ananayo- Aunt from Mother’s side.

9. Mark Timothy Bacolong- First Cousin from Father’s side.

10. Joshua Bacolong- First Cousin from Father’s side.

Article II
 Executer

I direct my Personal Representative except for Merwin Bagano, Dennis Pacalso, Mark Timothy Bacolong
and Joshua Bacolong if ever the will is accepted by him/her, to pay out of my residency estate/s all of
the expenses of my last lines, administer expenses, all legally enforceable creditor claims, all National
and Local estate taxes and other taxes, imposed by reason of my death without seeking reimbursement
from or charging any person for any part of the taxes and charges paid, and if necessary, reasonable
funeral expenses, including the cost of any suitable marker for my grave, without the necessity of an
order of court approving said expenses.

Article III

Properties

Estate

I device, bequeath, and give my 617 Upper Rock Quarry Estate if ever inherited from my parents to be
immediately inherited by my spouse, unless deceased for any reason or violated any law that leads to
imprisonment/penalty. If the spouse is deemed not in favor to the will, then my 617 Upper Rock Quarry
Estate be given to my First born or any of my children, unless deceased for any reason or violated any
law that leads to imprisonment/penalty. If the my children are deemed not in favor to the will, then my
617 Upper Rock Quarry Estate be only be donated to the Episcopal (Anglican) Church of the Philippines
to be only used as a rectory or residence used only for the ordained Episcopal clergy and not be
demolished, even if I converted to other denominations or religions. If the Episcopal (Anglican) Church
is deemed not in favor to the will, then my 617 Upper Rock Quarry Estate be given to my only legitimate
sibling Gresan A. Bacolong, unless deceased for any reason or violated any law that leads to
imprisonment/penalty. If the spouse is deemed not in favor to the will, then my 617 Upper Rock Quarry
Estate be given to the Roman Catholic Church to be only used as a rectory or residence used only for the
ordained Episcopal clergy and not be demolished.

I device, bequeath, and give my other estates if ever I have inherited or purchased any to follow the
order I have given to my 617 Upper Rock Quarry Estate.

Finances

I device, bequeath, and give all of my money to my spouse, unless deceased for any reason or violated
any law that leads to imprisonment/penalty. If the spouse is deemed not in favor to the will, then my
children to be equally divided. If my children are deemed not in favor to the will, then all money, cash,
finance fortune be donated to the Episcopal (Anglican) Church, and must be mentioned.

Business Establishment

I device, bequeath, and give all of my Business Establishment if any are present or inherited to my
spouse, unless deceased for any reason or violated any law that leads to imprisonment/penalty. If the
spouse is deemed not in favor to the will, then my children to be equally divided. If the my children are
deemed not in favor to the will, then my only legitimate sibling Gresan A. Bacolong, unless deceased for
any reason or violated any law that leads to imprisonment/penalty. Then to the Episcopal (Anglican)
Church, and must be mentioned.

Furniture and Utensils

I device, bequeath, and give my main furniture and utensils like all the tables, chairs, desks, cabinets,
closets, cupboards, bed frames, coaches, stools, water drums, washroom/bathroom/comfort room
utensils, dressers, computer sets, radio sets, refrigerators, freezers, micro ovens and microwave ovens,
other electric and gas kitchen utensils, washing machines, driers, nightstands, pillows, coach covers,
beddings, blankets, ovens of any color, size, brand. Those not mentioned are not included. If ever
inherited from my parents to be immediately inherited by my spouse unless deceased for any reason or
violated any law that leads to imprisonment/penalty. If my spouse is deemed not in favor to the will,
then to my children unless deceased for any reason or violated any law that leads to
imprisonment/penalty. If my children are deemed not in favor to the will, then will be donated to the
Episcopal (Anglican) Church of the Philippines, only if the Estate is inherited by them. If the Episcopal
(Anglican) Church is deemed not in favor to the will, then to my only legitimate sibling Gresan A.
Bacolong, unless deceased for any reason or violated any law that leads to imprisonment/penalty. If the
spouse is deemed not in favor to the will, then to any other relatives interested.

I device, bequeath, and give all of my non-electric and non-gas kitchen utensils like plates, cups, mugs,
spoons, forks, knives, bowls, apron, measuring utensils, containers, mixing utensils, cauldrons, pans,
skillets, saucers, woks, pots, and other non-electric and non-gas kitchen utensils of any size, color,
brand, material. If ever inherited from my parents to be immediately inherited by my spouse. Unless
was not accepted then to my children. Unless not accepted then my only legitimate sibling Gresan A.
Bacolong. Unless not accepted then to ant of my relatives and friends in favor. These are not to be
donated to any religious institutes.

I device, bequeath, and give all the framed cross stitch Indian Woman, Lion, Teacher’s Payer, Shroud of
Turin and the Toilet Cowboy to my only legitimate sibling Gresan A. Bacolong. Unless not accepted then
to Merwin Bagano.

I device, bequeath, and give all of my laptops, cellphones, smartphone, keypad cells, and all other
gadgets to my spouse. Unless was not accepted then to my children. Unless not accepted then my only
legitimate sibling Gresan A. Bacolong. If none may take them, then all must be destroyed for security
purposes.

I device, bequeath, and give all of my Mother’s Miss Philippine Island Hong Kong trophies to only
legitimate sibling Gresan A. Bacolong. If none may take them, then all must be destroyed for security
purposes.

Clothes
I device, bequeath, and give all of my non-clerical clothes to my spouse. Unless was not accepted then
to my children. Unless not accepted then my only legitimate sibling Gresan A. Bacolong. Unless not
accepted then to ant of my relatives and friends in favor. These are not to be donated to any religious
institutes.

I device, bequeath, and give all of my clerical vestments if I poses any to the Episcopal (Anglican) Church.
Unless not accepted then to Allan Balalao. Unless not accepted then to any Anglican priest serving in
Baguio City.

I device, bequeath, and give all of my traditional Cordillera clothing, ethnic woven bags, head dress,
ornaments, and weapons to the Sacgaca Family on my Father’s side. These are not to be sold or be used
for any commercial purposes.

Books

I device, bequeath, and give all of my Holy Bibles to the Episcopal (Anglican) Church. Unless not
accepted then to Allan Balalao. Unless not accepted then to any Anglican priest serving in Baguio City.

I device, bequeath, and give all of my books to my spouse. Unless was not accepted then to my children.
Unless not accepted then my only legitimate sibling Gresan A. Bacolong. Unless not accepted then to
Merwin Bagano. Unless not accepted then to ant of my relatives and friends in favor. These are not to
be sold or be used for any commercial purposes.

I device, bequeath, and give all of my Grolier Logico Maximo Learning System Set to Gresan A. Bacolong.
Unless not accepted then to the Library of the Elementary Department of Easter College Incorporated.
These are not to be sold or be used for any commercial purposes.

Tools

I device, bequeath, and give all of my engineer and/or carpenter materials and tools. If ever inherited
from my parents to be immediately inherited to my children. Unless not accepted then my only
legitimate sibling Gresan A. Bacolong. Unless not accepted then to my cousin Rogel (Bychon) A. Culaling.
Unless not accepted then Merwin Bagano. Unless not accepted then to the TVL class of Junior High
School Department of Easter College Incorporated. Unless not accepted then to ant of my relatives and
friends in favor. These are not to be sold or be used for any commercial purposes.

I device, bequeath, and give my scientific utensils, materials, apparatus and machines to the Senior High
School Department of Easter College Incorporated. Unless was not accepted then to the Junior High
School Department of Easter College Incorporated. Unless was not accepted then to Merwin Bagano.
Unless was not accepted then to my spouse. Unless was not accepted then to my children. Unless not
accepted then it must be sold off the profit made be given to the Episcopal (Anglican) Church. Unless not
accepted then it be donated to any charity cause.

Photo Albums
I device, bequeath, and give all of my picture albums to my spouse. Unless was not accepted then to my
children. Unless not accepted then my only legitimate sibling Gresan A. Bacolong. Unless not accepted
then to ant of my relatives and friends in favor. These are not to be sold or be used for any commercial
purposes.

I device, bequeath, and give all Bacolong Family portrait, Bacolong Family framed pictures and Bacolong
Family personal picture framed or not to my only legitimate sibling Gresan A. Bacolong.

Funeral Rites

Testament of Nyki A. BAcolong and we certify that the testator executed this document while of sound

page and on the left hand margin of each and every page, and we, in turn, at the testator's behest have
witnessed and signed the same in every page thereof, on the left margin, in the presence of the testator
