Internal Policies and Regulations

 To check-in it is necessary to present an official identification of each of the guests. Applies to adults
and minors.
 Check-in time 14:00 hrs and Check-out 12:00 hrs.
 Any request for Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out is subject to an additional charge and must be
requested at reception.
 It is essential to present a credit card or cash at the time of check-in to guarantee consumption and
extras during the stay. Damages caused to the room and/or facilities will be charged to this card or in
cash.
 Up to one (1) child (under 04 years old) is allowed sharing a room with their parents at no extra
charge in accommodation. The minor's breakfast is not included in the room price and must be paid
for by the guest.
 Animals are not allowed into the hotel.
 The hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry and/or other valuables left in the room.
We ask our guests to leave the doors of their rooms properly closed and use the safe or lunch box.
 All personal belongings forgotten by our guests will be lost under deposit at the hotel for 60 calendar
days (Underwear and/or swimsuits do not apply). After this period, the hotel will be able to dispose
of them.
 The penalty for lost key is $20.00
 It is forbidden to enter the rooms and common areas of any person who is not staying at the Hotel
(The rate for guests and/or visitors is $40.00 per person and per night)
 In case you want to consume alcoholic beverages purchased outside the hotel, a corkage fee of
S/.80.00 per bottle will be applied (Consumption in common areas is prohibited)
 If you want to extend your stay, we ask that you inform the hotel reception at least 24 hours before
your departure date. The extension will depend on the availability of rooms.
 The penalty for smoking inside the room and/or restricted areas is $100.00.
 Penalty for stains on linens (bed linen, robes and towels), burns and property damage within the
establishment is from $100.00 to $500.00
 The consumption of alcoholic beverages is limited on the 8th floor.
 The drinks and food included in the promotions must be consumed in the Killari restaurant.
 The hotel recommends being more careful when entering the pool if a recent hair treatment has
been performed. The establishment is not responsible for damage to hair.
 Any additional consumption to the purchased package must be paid at the moment, in case you
want to charge the room, leave a Pre-Authorization with TC or cash for the approximate value of
your consumptions ($150.00).
 The cost of Room Service is S/15.00 for products included, room service is free for à la carte
consumption.

 The common areas (swimming pool, sauna, gym) are from 8:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs
 Restaurant hours are from 7:30 hrs to 22:00 hrs
 Room Service hours are from7:30 hrs to 22:00 hrs
 Breakfast buffet hours 7:30 hrs to 10:00 hrs
 Bar and karaoke hours are from 14:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs
