Scope: 32 story Hotel with 800 rooms, Casino, Ballroom, F&B etc / Two residential towers/ Office tower/ Retail area
with over 150 retail units etc.
Project Value: 522 US$ Millions (Expecting 840 US$ Millions at the end of the 2nd phase)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Pre Contract- Active Involvement in Post-Tender Meetings (finalizing the Contract document)/ Preparation of Cost
Models and Engineers Estimates/ Preparation of BOQ/ Providing Cost Advice to Designers on Alternative Design
Options/ Identification of probable variation claims for Engineer/ Cash flow forecasting.
Post Contract-Actively involved in progress meetings/ Prepare estimation for Interior design package/ Post Contract
