PERSONAL SUMMARY
I am experienced as a Quantity Surveyor cum Site Supervisor (from site preparation to project handover since
2019). My work profile mainly covers Quantity Surveying scope in architectural and worked as an ambitious
and dedicated quantity surveyor cum site supervisor with cost control (Material and Labour), reliability
(records and reports) and responsible for HSE compliance. Currently seeking a challenging career in quantity
survey field.

Major Project
AKP Business College ABC Main Building. This work consists of construction of four-story building
having total gross floor area of 19000 Sqft. This building consisted of conference halls and one larger
Seminar Hall with Wood designed Admin block. In this project scope of work as follows, site
preparation, rubble/concrete retaining walls, RCC foundation/framework, plastered and painted brick
walls, timber doors and windows, tiled/vinyl flooring/ cut and polished cement rendered floors,
internal plumbing and electrical services This project covers a half tennis court, a basketball court, a
badminton court, a swimming pool, children’s playground and car park.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre & Post Contract

Take off quantities from drawings and preparation of Bill of Quantity.

Prepare the Bills of Quantities (BOQ) of various activities (MEP).

Prepare interim payment certificates and agree Subcontractors and Suppliers final accounts.

Project Progress Reporting to owners on timely manner.

Ensure compliance of health and safety regulations.

Managing workload with minimal supervision.

Attend the commercial meetings with subcontractors/suppliers.

Track variation orders to the design and/or construction work.

Procure right materials and subcontractor’s service.

Measure and value the work done on site.

Prepare/maintain site records such as; record of work done/Day work sheets.

Preparing price comparison for sub-contractor quotation.

Pay subcontractors for the value of work done.

Liaise with engineers and project team leads.
