TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY


1. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Kindly note that
check-in time may be shifted to 4:00 PM during high occupancy periods.

2. Free parking space is limited on a first come serve basis. However, if Resort
parking is already full, Guest may park at the pay parking around the area.
3. Extra charge for the early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability

4. The Management and owners are not liable for any accidents that may happen
at the balcony of each guest room. Intoxicated guests, horseplay, and activities
that may lead to an accident at the balcony is prohibited. The Resort
Management reserves the right to move guests in different room if any prohibited
activity is reported in each guest room's balcony. Sitting at the edge of the
swimming pools facing the bay is strictly prohibited.

5. There are no lifeguards in any of our swimming pools. Guardians or parents are
encouraged to make sure that their children are being accompanied by an adult.

6. No refund will be made for change of room type and/or shortening of stay.

7. Lost Key Card will be charged for Php 300.00 per card.

8. The Resort reserves the right to require a deposit from the undersigned at any
time during the guest's stay.

9. The Management will not be responsible and/or liable for any lost, misplaced or
stolen properties or articles during your stay. Such articles must be locked in the
safety deposit box which is available in the guest room. The burden of proof shall
be on the guest to prove the loss.
10. Visitors are not permitted in the Resort rooms beyond 10:00PM and/or overnight.
Supplemental charges will apply. This is for the safety and protection of all
guests.

11. The undersigned agrees to pay all amounts upon presentation and shall settle
any outstanding balance upon check out.

12. In case of any stain on linen and/or towel, and damages or breakage from the
room will be subjected to charges as per Resort policy.

13. Smoking inside a non-smoking room is prohibited. A fine of PHP 10,000.00 will
be charged to the guests caught or proven to smoke inside the Resort

CANCELATION POLICY
For GUARANTEED booking (with 100%Payment)

 If cancellation is received 72 hrs (3Days) prior to arrival date. Rebooking is


advised. If guest insist on cancelling, payment is non-refundable.
 if cancellation is received less than 72 hrs prior to arrival date, payment is non-
refundable.

REBOOKING / MODIFICATION / AMENDMENT POLICY

 For GUARANTEED booking(with 100%Payment)


 If modification is recieved 72 hrs (3 days) prior to arrival date, rebooking is
allowed. New date should be given within 7 days after the rebooking is
request. New rate may apply specially for SUPER PEAK (Christmas, Holy
Week, New Year and Chinese New Year.
 If modification is recieved less than 72 hrs (3 days) prior to arrival date, payment
is non-refundable
NON-GUARANTEED BOOKINGS
 Follow option date to pay. if no payment received. Automatic cancellation. (Case
to case if we still have wide availability of rooms on the reserved date, we can
still hold and give another option date)
 Last Minute Bookings with no payment - Contact the guest, if no feedback, 2PM
release

SPECIAL CASES
Medical Emergencies, Death, etc.)

 Non-refundable but rebookable up to 30 days except Holidays and Peak Season.


 Force Majeure rebooking within 30 days except Holidays and Peak Season.
 If long staying, full 1 night room rate will be charged.
 Medical, Death and other documentation should be presented to allow full refund
(if rooms are widely available)
 Advance booking (1 month prior to arrival date) 50% down payment is allowed,
make sure that the 50% will be settled prior to arrival date.

ALL BOOKING SHOULD BE NON CANCELLABLE, NON REFUNDABLE but


REBOOKABLE.
