 GUIDELINES FOR RESERVATIONS

 A non-refundable reservation fee of 50% is required for the booking of the function on the specified date. However,
the said Reservation fee will be deductible from the total package rate.
 The deposit slip is send via email and a confirmation has been received.
 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
 Non-refundable, however you can move your reservation base on room availability.
 Initial deposit is deductible on your total bill.
 Upon received of this notice, we will give you three working days to settle the deposit. After that your
pencil booking will be automatically cancelled.
 Once done the deposit, email us a copy of your deposit slip. Email us at cnjsunsetviewresort@gmail.com
 Keep the copy and bring it upon arrival.
 We will reply and send to you confirmation on the email use for sending us the deposit slip. Print the
copy of the confirmation letter.

PAYMENT

 The HOTEL requires full payment upon signing of registration. All incurred incidental charges during your stay must be settled
before check out.
 We are cash basis only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 The deposit made will served as cancellation fee if ever guest has cancelled the reservation. However the
reservation date is movable base on room availability .
 We require 50% payment of the total room price if ever cancelled on the date of arrival.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following rules and regulations are to make your stay SAFE, COMFORTABLE, and HASLE FREE, please observe
them:

 Please observe room capacity as indicated at the reception area or as per arrangement with the Resort
Management. Check in time 2:00 PM and Check out time is 12:00 NN. Additional hours exceeding 24 hours
will be charged automatically per hour or part thereof. Check out later than 4:00 PM is equivalent to 1 day.

 Implementation Php 500.00 key deposit. Deposit will be claimed once surrender the key upon check out. The
key will only be given to the guest at the office. Lost/missing keys will be charged as lock replacement.

 Please settle your account with our Accounting Office at the reception area and surrender your key before
checkout. There are applicable cancellation fees to be paid once you cancel your reservation for any reason.

 Strictly no cooking. If you want to grill your own food, please inform the management. There are designated
areas for grilling, subject however to schedule of food/ drink corkage fees.

 Swimming pool lifeguard is available during posted pool hours only. Wear appropriate outfit like swimsuit or
trunks. The local government does not supply lifeguards at the beach which public land and is outside our
 area of responsibility. Night swimming is not advisable.

 Children must be accompanied by an adult.

 Prohibited drugs and firearms are not allowed inside the resort. Please surrender firearms to the front desk for
safekeeping.

 We are a family oriented resort, please minimize noise in the early morning and late at night. Especially in
hallways. Barangay resolution prohibits loud music after 10 PM.

 Avoid littering. Please help us to keep the resort clean and green. Common trash cans are available at the
designated places within the resort. No picking of plants or flowers.

 For assistance, you may call the attention of our personnel at the reception area.

 We reserve the right to check room occupancy numbers at any time, undisclosed persons occupying rooms will
be charged at the three (3) times the regular rate.

 Please allow 10 minutes for checking of your room before actual checkout.

  Losses of any items or destruction of resort’s property will be charged accordingly. The cost of missing items
will be trembled in compliance with the Resort’s Standard Operating Procedure.

 The resort will not be responsible for any losses of your valuables. Customers are advised to exercise extreme
care and diligence to avoid losses. Safe deposit is available at the reception if required.

 We reserve the right to implement additional rules and regulations for the comfort and safety of everybody.

The guest who violates house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally refused accommodation and
any failures to comply with any part of the above agreement, the guest may be asked to leave the resort
immediately and without reimbursement.

 Our entrance gates are closed from 10:00PM until 7:00 AM. If you need to exit or enter during this time please
make the necessary arrangements with the reception.

 Standard policy is payment at the time of CHECK IN.

Please note: Foods and or drinks brought into the Resort can only be consumed in the specific areas. Consumed anywhere else will incur
additional charges. ONLY SWIMSUITS ARE PERMITTED IN THE SWIMMING POOL.
