GSAS provide this, PECE Sign and sealed Plan for Fire
Automatic Fire Sprinkler System (AFSS), Design Lay-out
(4 sets). Application for Fire Safety Inspection Clearance
1.4.1 (FSIC), Occupancy Permit, Affidavit of Undertaking, 1 lot
Application for Installation Clearance, PhotoCopy of PRC ID
of Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) and Certificate of
Competency (COC)

Additional 2.1% TAX for the Bill of Materials and Installation

1.4.2 Clearance including the Devices, Fittings to be Paid by 1 lot
GSAS Directly to Bureu of Fire (BFP)

TERMS AND CONDITION :

VALIDITY : Prices are subject to change w/out prior notice.

This proposal is Valid Thirty (30) days from this Quotation date after which all prices terms & condition shall
require confirmation.
DELIVERY : Delivery of materials Three (3) upon received of Down payment for preparation.
PAYMENTS : 50% Down Payment Upon received of P.O. and Confirmation.
50% Balance upon completetion and Turn-Over.
WARRANTY : GSAS Security and Alarm System guarantees the equipment and cable workmanship under
This proposal to be free from defect for a period of (12) months from in service date. Provide that no party
except GSAS Security and Alarm System trained technicians/enginners shall be entrusted with the
maintenance and repair of the equipment during the warranty period shall be at GSA S Security and Alarm
System accounts, Defects arising from misuse, tampering, forced majored, such as fire, earthquake, flood,
lightning strike, and abnormal conditions are excluded from the above warranty.

Even afrer expiry of the warranty period, we shall continue to be of service as detailed in the service and
