0 Operation and Management Aspect


Wing beer is on a mission to be one of the best beer and wing stop that offers the best wing
flavors that is a perfect match for ice cold beers. The investors intend to expand as stated in the
income statement, which is derived from the product sales estimate. The management intends
to maintain an industry-standard 80% gross profit margin and appropriate operating expenses
in the second and third years, as well as to generate fair profits.
5.1 Premises, Plant and Equipment
The proposed business location for Wing Beer is at barangay Binauganan, Tarlac City,
with an estimated lot area of 200 sqm. This includes a freezer space inside the kitchen area for
cold storage. Moreover, the store consists of a counter and serving area, machinery and
equipment, dining area, restroom and a locker room for the crew.

The estimated monthly lease is Php 30,00.00. The store is located on a newly developed
land routes along barangay Binauganan, where new government facilities are being built, nearby
subdivisions, and an easy access for 3 barangays wherein customers can stop to dine or to drink
after a long day at work anytime between 11am-11pm, from Monday to Sunday.

5.2 Floor Plan

Wing Beer assessed a number of shops and merchants for the materials and ingredients
of the merchandise. The management reviewed the suppliers' quality, pricing, and shipment
timings or locations to decide whether they could meet the criteria in a reasonable amount of
time. When it comes to supplies, price isn't the only issue to consider; the quality of the chicken
meat, fries, chips, and stocks of various beers will all have an impact on the serving process.
Sally Vengco Meat Shop, BEER INN TARLAC, UPTOWN Market Tarlac, and other suppliers in
Tarlac, Tarlac City, will be the principal source for Wing Beer's finest quality chicken wing meat
at the most inexpensive price. Tarlac City, its location, is surrounded by shops and enterprises,
allowing us to obtain a wide range of materials and ingredients for the weekly production.

5.4 Production Process


Ordering and drinking a beer is a common habit among filipinos after a long week of
work and, just like many other things that people do every day, they also eat flavorful food.
Wing Beer's production system aspires towards service, excellence in addition to food
processing and serving great items This will be accomplished by utilizing current manufacturing
techniques and cutting-edge assembling technologies. This will also result in the company
having cheap production costs. They also plan to ensure that the suppliers they engage are
committed and reliable so that they do not disappoint the final consumer in terms of product
quality and delivery time.

Process production of Chicken Wings

First thing to do: Marinate the projected chicken wings in the morning to
serve for the next day.

same amount and repeat the process.

5.5 Management Team
Wing Beer will hire a full-time manager to oversee daily operations. A minimum of two
years of managerial experience in the service business is necessary. This person will be in
responsible of supervising employees, monitoring inventories, collaborating with suppliers,
developing a marketing strategy, and other day-to-day managerial duties. The organization
believes that a candidate for this role should have practical experience. A profit-sharing plan for
management may be proposed based on the first year's operating outcomes. Two full-time
baristas will prepare beverages. To fulfill staffing levels, the corporation will hire more full-time
employees in the next years. Additional people will be hired if and when necessary in the
second and third years of operation.
