Safety precautions during COVID-19

The luxury, all-inclusive Mermaid Beach Resorts, has announced its 'Clean Complete Verification'
program as a means of welcoming guests back safely. In addition to hiring dedicated staff tasked with
hygiene and sanitation measures, here are a few of the changes you can expect under new guidelines:
* Hygiene check-in stations including temperature check protocols.
* Verification process to make sure rooms meet the highest hygiene cleaning along with a gel sanitizer
in-room amenity.
* Increased sanitation stations and social distancing measures throughout the resorts.
* Express check-out service for reduced contact.
* Enhanced hygiene measures will include the use of electrostatic spray technology to achieve a higher
level of coverage for the application of cleaners and sanitizers for surface disinfection
* Disinfectant used throughout the public spaces and guest rooms, and wearing masks and gloves
when on duty.
* Each housekeeping team will thoroughly clean guest rooms from the inside out, with advanced-
grade disinfection products to eliminate emerging viral pathogens. Each touch point in a guest room
will be deep cleaned including remote controls, doorknobs, hairdryers, closet doors, thermostats,
lamps, telephones, water faucets, and toilet handles. All non-essential amenities will be removed and
new in-room hygiene kits with personal-size hand sanitizers and other safety essentials will be placed
in rooms.
* Before we use wash all linens that includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels,
kitchen towels, and blankets by followings Launder items with soap or detergent, using the warmest
appropriate water setting and dry items completely — both steps help to kill the virus.
* During your stay we highly suggested that you do not go out of the resort premises for the safety
precautions of COVID-19.

RESERVATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. RATES AND DEPOSIT:
•100% advance requires confirming the booking.

2. ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN

•You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.

3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

• Check-in time is from 1:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am.

4. EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE

• Should you arrive at the Resort prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Resort’s Guest
Services Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available.
• Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
• Please check with the Resort's Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A
half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12:00 pm to 06:00 pm and a full day room charge may
be incurred for late check-out after 06:00 pm.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Reservations are non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable.

6. CHILD POLICY
CHILDREN AGED 0 – 5:
The accommodation is free of charge if the kid stays with its parents in a room with no additional mattress on floor. When
it sleeps in the same bed as its parents.
Breakfast is free of charge for the kid if the adults with whom it stays in the resort room use the option.
CHILDREN AGED 6 – 12:
The accommodation is free of charge if the kid stays with its parents in a room with no additional mattress on floor, when
it sleeps in the same bed as its parents and only Buffet breakfast will be charge BDT- 750.
Additional mattress on floor:
If the child sleeps on a separate mattress on floor – the price for additional mattress on floor cost BDT- 2,530/- included
buffet breakfast.
CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 12:
In terms of prices of accommodation and meals in our guest house, persons who are over the age of 12 are considered
adults.
Our kitchen facilities can be used in our main kitchen for baby’s food purpose.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Resort,
your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Resort's standard terms and conditions of stay.
• The Resort may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Resort is of the opinion that the reservation
information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• The Resort shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior
notice.
• You shall indemnify and hold the Resort harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature
arising out of or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Resort.
• The Resort shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of
the reservation by the Resort.

8. Swimming Pool Area:

* Only Pool Suites Guest can use the facilities of Swimming Pool area, the outside guests , visitors or In-
house guest (Expect Pool suites guests ) are not allowed to use swimming pool or have any pool party .
Business hours of Swimming Pool (07:00am - 09:00pm).

NB: Please Send Us Your National ID or Passport (for Foreigner must have a valid passport
with validity of visa) After Receiving Booking Confirmation Letter.

Following charges are applicable: by Micro-bus (One Way Charge) BDT-2,000/-CNG (One Way Charge) BDT-500/-
