FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS
Check-in is at 2:00pm and Check-out time is at 12:00nn
Early check-in and late check-out are honored but subject to availability. Early check in is
from 1:00pm and late check out until 1:00pm only. Applicable charges will be charged for
exceeding hours.

Upon confirmation of reservation, Fifty (50%) deposit must be made through bank deposit within 3
days. Reservations are considered confirmed only upon our receipt of deposit. In case of payment by
bank deposit, please e-mail us or send us a private message on facebook with the scanned copy or
photo of the deposit slip.

Failure to make the deposit within the time may result to an automatic cancellation of your reservation
without prior notice .

CANCELATION POLICY
If Cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to the reserved date, the 50% of the paid deposit is refundable
If Cancellation is made 1 week before the reserved date, 100% of the paid deposit is non-refundable
In case of a No-Show on date of reservation, 100% of the paid deposit is forfeited. Early departures or
cancellations of the succeeding nights will not be refundable

OCCUPANCY RULES
For the comfort of the guests, maximum room occupancy shall be strictly enforced.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

Doña Nena Family beach resort is a family-oriented resort. We encourage guests to find relaxation,
enjoyment and peace. Weapons, prohibited drugs of any kind, and hazardous substances are not allowed
within the resort premises.
MANGROVES
For your safety, please refrain from climbing or going near the Mangroves in order to avoid injury. The
collection of coral and other marine life is strictly prohibited.

SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages. There will be a penalty of Php 1000 per incident.

GUEST CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

The resort is a family-oriented establishment. Please be courteous and respectful of the other guests
during your stay at the resort. The resort may remove from the premises any guest or other individual who,
while on the resort premises; engages in illegal or disorderly conduct; engages in profane, lewd or
brawling behavior; engages in any language or conduct that disturbs the peace and comfort of the other
guests at the resort. Any radio or stereo system is allowed from 8am-10pm ONLY as per local barangay
ordinance. Please be mindful of the volume of stereo systems.

The resort may remove any guest from the resort premises if such guest violates any rule or policy of the
resort. In such event, the violating guest will forfeit the remainder of his or her stay. Furthermore, the
violating guest will be charged for any refunds or discounts the resort provides to any other guests as a
result of the conduct of the violating guest.

LINENS
Do not remove beddings & mattresses from rooms. Missing and damaged linens will be charged to the
guest.

MISPLACED OR LOST ROOM KEYS

Notify the Receptionist immediately. Lost or misplaced room keys will be charged accordingly

COOKING
Our cottages have an individual kitchen equipped with a gas burner, refrigerator and griller upon request.
We highly encourage our guests to bring their own food, kitchen and cooking ware including plates &
utensils to the resort. We do not provide these things at the resort.

* For day tour, only a griller is provided (upon request)

SAFETY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for the safety of their own valuables and personal belongings. The resort will not
be liable for any loss or damage of guests’ valuable items.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILDREN

The guests are responsible and liable for the safety and conduct for his/her children

BEACH AREA
The Beach is a public area. Please be responsible for the cleanliness of the resort. Bonfire and pitching of
tents around the beach is not allowed

DAMAGE / LOSS DONE TO THE RESORT

Resort guests are responsible for any damages/loses to any resort equipment/property, either intentional
or accidental.

PETS
Pets are allowed in the resort but please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your own pet.
Pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture. Damages or stains will be charged

SWIMMING POOL
- Please use the shower before entering the swimming pool
- No food or drink allowed in the pool area
- No diving / jumping into the pool
- No Pushing, running or rough play around the pool
- No Glass or bottles around the pool area
- No Smoking
- No pets in the swimming area
- Children below 12 must be accompanied by a parent or by a responsible adult when swimming or near
the swimming pool.

* Proper attire is a must. The management has the right to ask you to leave if caught wearing
inappropriate swimwear or if not following the swimming pool rules and regulations
