Do's and Don'ts.

• The resort is covered with lots of greenery and surrounded by hills. Being
the forest area, you may find wild reptiles, exotic birds etc. while you are
walking or enjoying the nature. Just be careful! Keep your room’s
windows closed all the time for safety purpose Or keep it open when you
are there in the room.
• We have installed CCTV camera in all the common area for security &
surveillance purpose. So, keep smiling.
• Outside Food is not allowed.
• Guests are required to follow COVID-19 Guidelines.
• Proper swimwear is must for using the pool. Do not feel offended if our
Lifeguard / resort staff stop you from using the swimming pool if you are
not in proper swimwear.
• Drinking in swimming pool is strictly prohibited.
• The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort
property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they
are responsible.
• Help us to keep surrounding clean. Do not litter.
• Save water! Save Life! Ensure to close tap when not in use. Tap water is not
for drink.
• Switch-off the lights when not in use.
• In case of fire, rush to the nearest open area. Do not try to switch-on any
light.
• Our property is spread out in 32 acres and some part is still under
development / construction. However, this dose not distribute the in-house
guest staying as the area is complete separate.
• As our resort falls in the village area of Karjat, frequent power failures can
be experience but do not worry….. We have 100% power backup.
Resort Rules & Regulation

• All Guest are required to provide the valid govt. ID


proof at the time of check-in. In absence of the ID proof,
the front desk team / staff on duty will be authorized to
deny your check-in.
• At the time of check-out, the guest are required to clear
all the bills which are not included in package.
• We have provided the Menu in each room and the front
desk will charge as per the rates specified. Incase if you
do not find the item in menu, we request you to check
the rates before it's served to you.
• No cash payment to be given to any house-keeping staff
for providing any extra service. Resort Management will
not be responsible for any such transactions.
• The resort guest cannot hand over a room to third
persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has
not yet expired.
• The resort may refuse to accept the guests who grossly
violated the Resort Rules and Regulations during the last
stay by damaging the Resort's or guests' property or by
inflicting damage on other guests, resort employees or
other persons staying in the resort or in other way
violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the
Resort.
Resort Rules & Regulation

• The resort accepts guests traveling with pets. Only one


pet is allowed per room for an extra charge and the guest
bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their
pet. Pets must be leashed in common areas. Due to
hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the resort
restaurant.
Use of Swimming Pool
• Proper swimming costume is a must for using the
swimming pool facilities.
• Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before
entering the pool.
• Taking shower before entering the pool is mandatory,
and it is also advisable to take bath with soap after
leaving the pool.
• Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an
adult in swimwear.
• Persons who appear to be under the influence of
alcohol/drugs are NOT allowed to use the pool.
• No Glassware is permitted in the pool area
• Diving is Strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury.
Resort Rules & Regulation

• Any person suffering from a known serious medical


condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems,
epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the
Swimming Pool.
• Chewing tobacco, pan masala etc. inside the pool
premises is strictly prohibited. Pets/animals are not
permitted in the swimming pool premises
• Resort or Management is not responsible for any loss or
damage to any personal property, injury, disability or
fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons
while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
• Kindly keep all valuables in the lockers provided,
management cannot be held liable for loss of any
valuables or other personal property left at the
swimming pool premises.
• Guests swim at their own risk and the Resort will not be
responsible for any injuries while using the Resort
facilities.
• These rules and regulations are subject to change any
time without notice
Cancelation & Refund Policy

Resort Reservation Cancellation / Refund policy

• 100% Refund: Any reservation made is cancel before 7


days of arrival date. The resort management will make a
refund of the 100% advance paid.
• 50% Refund: Any reservation made is cancel before 6
days of arrival date. The resort management will make a
refund of the 50% advance paid.
• NO Refund: Any reservation made is cancel between 0 -
2 days before arrival date or NO SHOW. No Refund will
be made under any circumstance / situation / pretext.
• Refund will be made within 7 working days in the same
account from where the reservation has been made and
once it’s communicated to the reservation team in
writing.
• In addition to above, if any terms of cancellation is
agreed in writing in case of group / corporate booking,
those will supersede the above terms and conditions.

• The Management reserves its right to amend / modify /


delete or add above mentioned policy terms and
condition with or without notice and the same will be
applicable.
