Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations

Our Swimming Pool area is open daily 0800hrs to 1800 hrs (8 a.m to 6 p.m)

 Please ensure you fill the name and room number with time in and
out Register kept at the swimming pool entrance.

 Our staff may demand your ticket or ask details about your room
number for verification at any time during the swimming period.
Please comply.

 Except for our room guests, access to the Swimming Pool Area is
only granted to people with a valid entry ticket.

 Guests lodging at our hotel may use the swimming pool area free
of charge.

 Current admission fees and detailed information is provided by the

Swimming Pool Reception Desk.

 Proper swimming trunks is a MUST for using our swimming pool

facilities.
 Do not apply any lotion/cream/makeup on the body before entering
the pool.

 It is MANDATORY to shower before entering the pool. Defaulting

may result to immediate ejection from the swimming pool facility at
any time

 It is also advisable to take a bath with soap after leaving the pool.

 Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in

swimwear.

 Use of an infant life vest is encouraged and are available upon

request as per availability

 In case you have long hair please ensure that you put on a
swimming cap before entering the pool.

 Food and Beverages from outside the Hotel is not allowed in the Pool
area

 No Glassware is permitted in the pool area

 In case you are a beginner at the pool, then you must wear a red cap

 Diving is Strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury

 Use the pool ladder to enter and exit the swimming pool to avoid any
injury. Not Using the ladder is at your own risk.

 Our Swimming Pool is only for swimming; any other fun plays like
soccer, etc. in the pool is prohibited. You may be ejected from the
swimming pool area if you are in breach of this guideline.

 If you are suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g.

heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory
problems) please DO NOT use the Swimming Pool. Doing so is at
your own risk.

 Chewing tobacco, smoking of any sort inside the pool premises is

strictly prohibited. Defaulters may be fined up to N5000 and/or
handed over to NDLEA

 Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted

in the pool complex or in the surrounding area.

 Spitting, spouting of water, blowing nose in the pool are prohibited.

We may ask you to leave the swimming pool area and/or fine you a
total of N2000 if in default of this

 Throwing litter in pool premises is strictly prohibited as it may choke

pipe lines/drainage system of swimming pool. Please help us keep
the swimming pool area clean at all times.

 Wearing thread, chains, rings or other similar thing while swimming is

prohibited
 Kindly keep all valuables in the lockers provided. Management will
not be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property
left at the swimming pool premises.

 Do not swim when you are hungry, exhausted or otherwise weak and
for at least an hour after meal. Doing so is at your own risk

 Follow the instructions of the pool attendant staff on duty at all times?
for your safety.

 Food and drinks are not permitted on the pool decks.

 Chewing gum is not permitted anywhere in the pool area for health
and safety reasons.

 Walk; DON NOT run in and around the pool facility for your and
others safety.

 Avoid unnecessary conversation/delays with the lifeguard as it may

distract him from performing his duties

 In case of emergence, all swimmers must observe all emergency

procedures and must leave the swimming pool area immediately
upon signal or request from the lifeguard
 XYZ Hotel / Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to
any personal property, injury, disability, fatality or even death arising
from whatsoever reasons while swimming or exercising or playing in
the swimming area

 Guests swim at their own risk and the XYZ Hotel/Management will
not be responsible for any injuries while using the Hotel facilities.

 These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without
notice.
