Guidelines for AvePoint MNL Teambuilding 2023

Health and safety are our top priorities for our summer outing. Please follow all guidelines below,
including those imposed by the resort.

Timing

 If you are joining the transportation provided by AvePoint, please arrive at our office no later
than __AM on August 26, 2023. There are no pick-up or drop-off locations other than the office.
Our schedule is attached.
 Check-in time is __ PM. Check-out time is 12NN.

Swimming

 Wearing of appropriate swimming attire is urged at all times. Teambuilding activities may include
getting wet.
 Bring your aqua shoes for swimming due to the presence of small corals and rocks on the
beach.
 There are no towels provided by the resort, so please bring your own towels.
 Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats are recommended for UV protection.
 Swimming pools are open until 1AM only.

Rooms

 Eating is prohibited inside the rooms.

 Each lost key costs PHP 500.
 Electric stove/burners, rice cooker, air pot, sounds system, electric fan, water dispenser are also
prohibited.

Security

 Look after your valuables. The resort will not be held liable for any loss of personal valuables
within the resort.
 Damages and losses of items belonging to the resort shall be charged to the guests accordingly.

Food and Drinks

 Breakfast will not be provided on the first day.

 We advise you to pack your own snacks and water bottles for the journey.
 Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner on the first day and Breakfast and Lunch on the second day will be
provided. Food availed at the resort outside of those provided will be for the employee’s
account.
 We already paid for corkage fee for drinks, so you are allowed to bring drinks of any kind and
unlimited volume.

Amenities and Activities

 The following facilities/amenities are free to use:

o Billiards – until 9PM only
o Beach volleyball – until 9PM only
o Basketball – until 6PM only
 o Table tennis – until 9PM only
o Wi-Fi zone
o Covered parking area
 Other amenities are available but charges are not covered by . If you decide to avail of other
facilities/amenities, you shall be liable for fees and any risks.
 Coralview Beach Resort optional facilities and rates:
o Kayak – PHP 440.00/hour for 2 persons
o Barbeque Grill – PHP 165.00 (small); PHP 275.00 (big)

COVID-19

 Should you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, such as but not limited to fever, cough, colds,
shortness of breath or difficulty of breathing, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or
smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or diarrhea, within (_____) before the
event, kindly inform committee team.

 If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms during the event, and the result of the antigen test is
POSITIVE, you have to self-isolate and will be asked to go home immediately. Transportation will
be provided when needed.

For everyone’s safety, please follow the COVID-19 protocols.

Reminders

 For those who haven’t submitted their signed Acknowledgement of Risk and Safety Form,
kindly submit it

 Please let us know if there are changes in your mode of transportation, that is, if you will
prefer to bring your own car or you will ride the bus provided by the company instead.

 You are encouraged to bring and wear face masks.

 Please remember to bring any personal medications you may need, such as allergy or
maintenance medications.

 For those who will be bringing family members, please keep in mind that you are responsible for
their safety. Ensure that you are able to participate in company activities during the summer
outing.
