THE SWEET AND SIMPLE RULES OF STILTS

1. Keep the peace. While we want all our guests to relax and have fun at Stilts, we also want Stilts to be
a peaceful haven where all your cares and worries melt away. To maintain the tranquility of the resort,
please refrain from any unruly or rowdy behavior anywhere in the resort. We reserve the right to
evict/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fights, under the influence of
illegal drugs, or generally disrupting the peace at the resort.

2.Be considerate of other guests. If you want to party the night away, we encourage you to stay in our
beach pavilions and to keep the volume down so as not to disturb the other guests. If you want to play
music in your cottage, please be aware that guests in the other cottages may want peace and quiet, so
please keep the volume down as well.

3. Be safety conscious. Your safety is one of our utmost concerns. Parents should keep constant watch
over their children and ensure that they are fully supervised at all times. Stilts shall not be held
responsible for any injury arising from the failure of the parents or guardians to ensure the safety of
their children or wards within the RESORT’s premises.

4. Be Earth angels. Stilts is fully committed to protecting the environment. Hence, we try to keep our
resort and beaches as clean as possible. Please do your part by properly disposing of and segregating
your trash in the trash bins provided in your cottages and all around the resort. Please refrain from
taking any corals, shells, starfish and other sea creatures from the water. Since water is such a precious
resource, please do your best to conserve water during your stay at the resort.

5. Take care of your valuables. Please take care of your valuables. Before you leave your cottage,
please make sure that you store your valuables in the bedrooms and that the bedroom doors are locked.
The resort shall not be liable for the loss of money, jewelry, cell phones, laptops or other personal
valuables.

6. Wear proper pool attire. For ladies, please wear swimsuits or other proper swimwear. For men,
please wear swimming trunks or board shorts.

7.Do not cook inside the cottages. The resort does not permit cooking inside the cottages at any time.
Meals may be taken at the Restaurant Pavilion. Upon prior notice, we would also be happy to serve
meals at designated areas along the beach. You may also use our grilling station along the beach.

8.Be conscious of the time. Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. while check-out time is at 12 noon. Please
expect a friendly reminder from our Front Desk regarding check-out time at around 11:00 a.m. We will
also be happy to assist you with your luggage. Please make sure that your cottage is totally cleared by
check-out time in order to give our staff ample time to clean the rooms for the next guests.

9. Accountability for lost or damaged items. While we know that you will take care of the items inside
the cottage, there may be times when items are lost or damaged. In these cases, please be advised that
we will have to charge you for these items.
