GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

We kindly request our guests to read and abide the house rules and
regulations so that everyone may have an enjoyable stay at Casa Amara.

Guests use the facilities of Casa Amara and amenities at their own risk. Casa
Amara is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft,
weather or catastrophic events.

Loud music is not allowed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Please minimize sound /
music since other guests may be sleeping. The volume of music will have to be
lowered after the first complaint. We may have to ask the guest to turn off the
sound system after a second complaint.

No bringing of pets, drugs, firearms and weapons. If you like to bring your pet
please inform us in advance.

Open fires are not permitted at anytime. Charcoal or gas grills are acceptable
at the foreseen place in the outdoor kitchen.

No vandalism, littering, dispose your trash properly and guests are obliged to
pay for the loss or damages of the resort property caused by themselves, their
friends or any person to whom they are responsible.

Casa Amara Management is not responsible for any damage to or loss of the
vehicle or any of its accessories or article/s left therein. Guests shall be held
liable for any damage caused by him/her to person/s, vehicle/s or any property
within the parking area.

Please switch off aircon and lights when leaving the room.

Cooking is not allowed in any of the bedrooms including balconies at any time.
Please take meals at designated eating areas such as the viewdecks, roofdeck,
and the dining rooms. Drinking alcohol and smoking is not allowed within all
rooms including bedroom balconies at any time.
Bringing beverages and alcohol to Casa Amara is allowed as long the beverage
doesn’t has 10 % and more alcohol.

Sleeping overnight is not allowed in the living room of the main house.

Please indicate the exact number of your guests before your stay at Casa
Amara. (including kids, drivers, maids). More than the declared number will
have a corresponding charge.

Conserve water. We ask our guests to please conserve water because it is a


very limited resource.

Check-in time is at 1:00 pm. Checkout time is at 11:00 am.


Therefore all the rooms will have to be totally cleared by this time to give the
staff ample time to clean the rooms for the guests who will be checking-in to
Casa Amara. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out might be possible only as agreed
upon with a corresponding charge.

If you are too early, please have a drink at Jet Palace or on the way to Casa
Amara (for example Cafenio in San Juan). The whole venue might be booked
exclusively and we cant let you in before the other guests have left and before
the whole venue is prepared and cleaned for your stay. Hope for your
understanding.

Marine Sanctuary. The beach is part of a marine sanctuary, which is being


monitored by the local community. It is illegal to take any corals, shells, and
starfish from the water.

Right Conduct. We reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests
should we find them engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs, or
generally disrupting the peace at the Casa Amara.
Swimming Pool Regulations:

Swimming in the pool and in the sea is on own risk.

Bathers should shower before entering the pool.

No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be permitted to use the
pool.

No Street Clothes or Shoes permitted in the Pool. For hygienic


reasons boxer shorts, underwear, jeans, jean shorts or t-shirts are not
allowed in the swimming pool.

Parents and Guardians should supervise their children.

Running and Horseplay are prohibited.

Glass objects are not permitted in the pool and pool area.

No Food or Drinks permitted in the pool.

This rules are there to ensure the health and safety of every visitor. Even
though such rules can sometimes seem restrictive, they are always there for a
good reason.
