RESORT POLICIES
• Check in time is 2:00pm / Check out time is 11:00am.
Full payment is required upon check--‐in and for
extension of stay.
• A required deposit of Php 2,000.00 upon registration
for incidental charges (if any), but will be refunded if
no additional / incidental charges upon check out.
• Cash & Major Credit Cards are accepted as payment.
• Cancellation Policy: No refund will be made for
advanced deposits unless otherwise stated.
• Every accumulated charges/incidentals amounting to
Php 10,000.00 will be collected during the duration of
guests’ stay (Sign Chit Privilege).
• Food & Beverages are not allowed to be brought in the
resort. The CAFÉ DEL SOL & LA PLAYA restaurants are
open to serve you daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
However, if you insist to bring in your food and
beverages, corkage fees will be applied accordingly.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside your unit / room.
The room has an open area for those who choose to
indulge in the said practice. Please extend the same
courtesy of a clean smelling room to the next guest.
• Children under 2 ½ feet is FREE of CHARGE.
• Adults should always accompany children when they
are at the balcony of the room, public areas,
swimming pool and the beach.
• Pets are not allowed in the resort.
• Lost linens & towels will be charged accordingly.
• As part of our guest service, the resort provides
housekeeping until 10:00 pm. Please dial “127” or
“0”.
• The electrical outlets in the room are not designed to
accommodate cooking and ironing appliances.
Installation and use of electrical/ appliances of any
type is not allowed.
• Interior décor and fixtures of all rooms are accounted
for, lost items will be charged to your account.
• Guests are advised not to transfer amenities like
towels, linens and appliances to other rooms to avoid
unnecessary charges.
• Firearms or any other forms of deadly weapons are
not allowed inside the hotel / resort premises. Should
the guest bring in a licensed firearm, please surrender
it to the resort’s security head.
• Illegal drugs, any form of prostitution and gambling
are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
• Posting of any merchandising materials or display of
any form of advertisement are not allowed anywhere
in the resort property.
• Please observe proper swimming attire in the swimming
pools. The jacuzzi is open daily from 9:00am to 11:00am
& 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Swimming pools are open daily
from 7:00am – 10:00pm.
• The resort management reserves the right to refuse
entry for heavily intoxicated guest(s) or usage of the
resort / hotel facilities.
• Guests under medication or possible health hazards
are advised to take precautions and advise the resort
management before using the resort / hotel facilities.
• Please help conserve water and electricity.
• Avoid leaving cash and valuables in full sight in your
room. Please make use of the safety deposit vault in
the front office.
• Guests may be held liable for any damages in the
resort property.
• Please note that the above mentioned house rules and
regulations cover the conduct of your stay in general,
but does not limit PUERTO DEL SOL from imposing other
means of precautionary and safety measures to protect
the common interest of the resort, its members, guest(s)
and with that of its employees.
• THE RESORT / HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE
ACCOMMODATION AND EXPEL WITHOUT REFUND
FOR GUEST/S WHO VIOLATE RESORT POLICIES.
