HOUSE RULES

 Standard Check-in time is 3:00 PM Standard Check-out time is 12:00 NOON or a consumable time of 21 hours. Early
check in and late check out is allowed provided that the room is available and is subject to corresponding charges:

Late Check-out until 2:00PM is allowed but is subject to availability.

Late Check out until 6:00 pm: 50% of rate per night.
Late Check-out after 6:00 pm: 100% of room rate per night.

 FULL PAYMENT is REQUIRED upon check in together with a security deposit of Php.500.00 per room. Failure to pay after
24 hours shall be considered as cancellation and guest is required to vacate the room.

 Shortening of stay with or without prior notice shall be considered as cancellation. Any payments shall be forfeited and no
refund shall be made.
 FREE MEAL for direct guests is served from 6:00am-10:00pm at Bistro Cinco. Please note that meal not consumed on the
day written on the Meal coupon will be automatically forfeited.
 Please be advised that only ONE (1) KEY is provided per room.
 For multiple night accommodation, lines can be replaced daily. Make up room is upon request from 2:30PM onwards.
Make up room request cut off is at 5:00pm.
 We provide Laundry services through a third party supplier. Please ask for assistance.
 Take care of your bed linens and towel. Stained linens and or towels caused by BLOOD, HENNA INK, HAIR DYE, LIP
STICK/TINT, FOOD, or any staining chemical will be charged accordingly.
 Complimentary amenities provided inside the room upon arrival is (1) only per day for single room, (2) for twin/ suite per
day. Additional request beyond this will be charged Php.30.00 Per amenity (ex. Essential kit – Php 30.00 each)
 Smoking is dangerous to our health. NO SMOKING inside the room and common areas is strictly imposed. A charge of Php
1,500.00 applies if you smoke within non-smoking areas. Please ask our front desk for designated smoking areas.
 OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINKS are not allowed in BISTRO CINCO and 75th CAFÉ. also Alcoholic drinks that are bought outside is
not allowed anywhere inside the hotel. A corkage fee of 70% will be charged for outside food and drinks that are brought
and consumed in the vicinity of the said areas.
 Visitors are welcome to stay and visit in our lobby area. Should a visitor wish to go to the guest’s room, he/she will be
required to register at the reception and leave his/her identification card. They are allowed to stay only until 8:00PM.
Staying more than the allowed time will be charged accordingly.
 Please take care of the hotel’s property and amenities. Any taken, lost or damaged amenity/ies and or property such as
keys, umbrellas, linens, glasses, mugs, appliances, slippers, or others due to improper use or mishandling will be subject to
certain charges.
 Pets are allowed in the room and hotel premises with additional charges.
 Keep your valuables safe and secured. The Hotel will not be liable to any valuables, jewelry, important documents, etc.
that gets lost due to guest’s inattention.
 Keep noises level down inside your room, hallways, or in public areas to avoid disturbing other guests.

The management reserves the right to modify the House Rules without prior notice. It is deemed that all guest/s have been
