HOUSE RULES DO’S AND DONT’S

1. Check in time at 2:00 PM. Check out time is at 12:00 noon, for extension of stay
and/or late check-out, please contact any of our Front Desk Officers.
2. If the guest has not checked out by 12:00 noon, the resort reserves the right to transfer
his/her belongings to a storage area and will not be responsible for any loss or
damage whatsoever. Late check-out until 7:00PM will be charged an additional 50%
rate of the daily rate; check-out after 7:00PM will be charged an extra full day’s rate.
Nevertheless, requesting of late check-out is subject to availability.
3. Call the information (#101) 10 minutes before leaving so your room can be
inspected.
4. Conserve! When leaving your villa/rooms please turn off the lights and air-
conditioning units. Please make sure faucets are tightly closed after using.
5. Guests of the resort are advised not to leave cash, jewelry or other items of value in
their respective villas/rooms/cabanas. The resort will not be liable for the lost of any
valuables or other personal effects of the guests.
6. The guests will take full responsibility for any loss, damages, or injuries caused by
the act of negligence or omission of their participants during their stay.
7. Swimming pool is available at 7:00 am until 12:00 midnight from Friday to Sunday
and 7:00 to 10:00PM on Monday to Thursday.
8. Proper swimming attire must be worn. Cotton clothes, maong with buttons and
zippers are not allowed.
9. Pointed materials, Glass and Bottled Alcoholic Beverages are not allowed in the
pool area. If so, Php 25,000.00 will be applied in any damages, or injuries caused by
the act of negligence or omission of their participants during the event.
Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang anumang matutulis na bagay, mga babasaging bagay at
inuming naka bote sa tabi ng pool area. May kaukulang multa na halagang Php 25,000.00
kung magka roon ng aberya sa pool ng dahil sa mga nasabing bagay.
10. Resort linens, towels, glasses and other villa amenities are properties of the Resort.
Guests are not allowed to take any resort property.
11. Guests will be charged for any loss or damage to the Resort property.
12. Unnecessary noise or any unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated.
13. Incidental fee of Php 1,000.00 is required for any damages in the room/villas.
14. Free breakfast (Villas and Suites) must be ordered. Breakfast choices can be
selected from our Restaurant Menu.
15. Menu Price for restaurant has additional service charge.
16. Restaurant is open at 7:00AM to 9:00PM from Monday to Thursday and 7:00 to
10:00PM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday’s.
17. Housekeeping is available from 7:00am to 8:30pm.
18. Complaints or problems must be promptly relayed to any of our resort personnel for
immediate attention and assistance.
19. Please wear your VRS Bracelet at all times. (Lost or Bracelet replacement! –
Php275.00/bracelet)
20. Corkage fee for alcoholic drinks is 50%.
21. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all room. Penalty is Php300.00
22. No cooking inside the room. Penalty is Php300.00
23. NO PETS ALLOWED.
