TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• When the guest reserves, he/she shall pay at least 50% of the payment for the reservation.
• The reservation payment shall be paid in the form of online transaction
(PNB/Chinabank/Landbank/BDO) or cash.
o Gcash o Bank deposit o Cash

Both parties shall confirm if the transaction is successful.

• No refund as the transaction has been made.


• The guest shall send a deposit slip through email as proof of reservation.
• The guest shall receive the confirmation of the reservation sent by the management of the
resort within 2-3 days and shall bring it at the appointed date of the reservation.
• The guest shall give the signed copy of the reservation to the caretaker. After the caretaker
confirmed the paper, the guest shall fully pay the remaining balance to occupy the resort.
Failure to submit the signed copy of the reservation to the caretaker upon arrival, the
guest shall not be accepted.
• RE-BOOKING is applicable as long as the customer notifies the resort administrator at least 7
days prior to the initial reservation date. The standard rate will apply and RE-BOOKING FEE of
additional 2,000.00 pesos will be charged to the customer and must settle the complete rental
fee to confirm the new requested date.
• The guest shall provide a copy of any valid ID for verification.

The Following RULES are also included:

• First come, First serve.


• NO DOWN PAYMENT means NO RESERVATION
• Down Payment is NONREFUNDABLE and NONAPPEARANCE on schedule will be forfeited.
• NO PETS ALLOWED
• NO SMOKING in a closed area
• 1 free load for water dispenser (60 pesos for the next load)
• 300 pesos fee for usage of gas
• Free 1-hour use of jacuzzi (1 000 for the next hour)
• Fee for additional hours: Contract price/21 hours = price per hour
• Excess guest per head after signing the contract will pay 800 pesos
• No food and drinks allowed inside the rooms.
• Seating on cushions and bar chairs, using billiards, and going upstairs are prohibited when wet.
• The guest must follow the house rules; The caretaker has the privilege to give warning to the
guest; The guest shall wait for the caretaker to finish the inspection of all the used equipment
and facilities of the resort during check out to reconfirm if any damages or misuse are liable to
the guest.

Kitchenware and Appliances that the guest can use includes:

The price stated will be paid once the item is lost/damage during your stay at the resort.

LOSS OR DAMAGE:

• Management is not liable for any loss or damage of an item owned by the guest.
• Any misuse resulting to damage and loss from our facilities and equipment that may occur
during the period of stay will be charged to the customer.
• Management is not liable for any accident / unwanted incident that may happen while using the
resort facilities.
• Management will not be held liable for food poisoning that may occur from food and/or drinks
brought in by the guests.

I agree to the terms and conditions of the Resort, and I hereby sign below as a sign of the
agreement to the contract.
