GUEST POLICIES

• Check-in time: 3PM. Please provide us with your flight schedule or arrival time. Early check-in is subject to availability.

• Late check-in under any circumstance is not the responsibility of Saba Estate and will not affect the nights reserved and
paid for in advance. No Refunds will be issued.

• Check-out time: 12PM.

• Early check-out under any circumstance is not the responsibility of Saba Estate and will not affect the nights reserved and
paid for in advance. No Refunds will be issued.

• Check-out later than 3PM will result in a charge of a 50% room rate fee. Check-out later than 6 PM will be charged an
additional one night fee.

• Maximum overnight occupancy for Saba Estate is 12 persons.

• Above maximum occupancy, extra persons are acceptable with an additional cost of 75+ USD, per night, per person,
which includes breakfast and a rollaway bed (maximum of 4 extra beds).

• Any extra person(s) having breakfast at the villa other than the registered guests will be charged an additional 40+ USD
per person, per day. For children under 11 years-old, the charge is 20+ USD per child, per day.

• A baby cot and dining chair are available at no additional charge (2 each).

• Saba Estate slippers will be provided for all in-house guests to comply with our indoor no shoe policy.

• All persons under 18 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult. Failure to comply will render the booking
void and no compensation will be refunded.

• NO PETS are allowed on Saba Estate grounds under any circumstances.

• NO SMOKING is allowed indoors under any circumstances. Outdoor smoking is permitted in the designated smoking
areas with precautionary use of ashtrays and safe disposal of cigarettes at all times.

• STRICTLY NO ILLEGAL DRUGS are permitted on the villa premises under any circumstances.

• The in-house chef is available for in-house F&B menu only.

• The in-house chef is available for 8 hours a day. Any additional hours are charged at a rate of 50+ USD per hour.

• If guests request their own groceries (meat, vegetables, and any other unprocessed food) and request it to be cooked
by the in-house chef, a service fee applies per meal, per person. Upon arrival, please provide a cash float of between
300 USD - 500 USD for any additional foods. Local currency is preferred. The villa staff will make any purchases, present
receipts, and keep guests informed of the balance and if the cash float needs replenishment. A flat fee of IDR 2,000,000
per meal for up to 12 people if guests have their own ingredients.

• In the case of government-assigned travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, postponement will be granted
for up to 6 months from the original reserved dates (subject to availability).

• Postponement is granted for 6 months maximum and 3 months minimum, and should be requested at least 1 month
before the original reserved dates.

• All deposit payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any cancellations due to COVID-19 will transferred
to the next most convenient date for all parties.

• If you wish to cancel your booking, we will supply you with the necessary paperwork to file a claim with your travel
insurance company.

• If you are not covered by travel insurance, we will convert your booking into a credit note at no extra charge, allowing
you to rebook the same villa within 6 months of your originally planned arrival date. You may choose the travel dates
later, as long as the stay is completed within 6 months of the original check-in date.

• Policy is subject to change following the COVID-19 pandemic global situation.

C A N C E L L AT I O N S

• 30% of the total rental amount is non-refundable if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the
rental period.

• 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start
of the rental period.

• 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of
the rental period.

• For no-shows: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.

• Cancellations due to COVID-19 will be considered on a case by case basis with the owner’s consent.
LIABILITY SECURITY DEPOSIT

Saba Estate has been designed with safety and security in mind, but the presence of water features, staircases, outdoor
elements, and jurisdictional considerations require that the owner and management expressly disclaim any and all
liability.

The owners and management of Saba Estate are not responsible or liable for any loss of money, precious items, or
personal belongings.

Saba Estate endeavours to ensure total privacy and security for our guests and their possessions at all times.

Saba Estate has installed a number of security procedures around the property but cannot be held responsible for any
act which could be imputed to the negligence of their guests or which could be reported to the management without
any proof or full transparency. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned terms will render the booking void and no
compensation will be paid.

We request that guests provide a security deposit of 5,000 USD payable in cash to the Villa Manager upon arrival. This
deposit will be returned to the guest upon the third day after their departure if no damages or losses are found on or
within the property.
