MANAGEMENT
Saba Estate is a divine residence of
contemporary design and fabulous living in
a tropical beach setting. This stunning villa
comprises of six bedrooms and is situated within
over 1,7 acres of lush beachfront on Saba Beach
and provides numerous event opportunities for
up to 350 guests.

These guidelines are intended to give Event


Organiser’s and their clients guidance specific to
Saba Estate and should be read in conjunction
with Saba Estate General Guidelines for Event
Management.

It is a compulsory to use a marquee or a


tent during the rainy season months in Bali
(November – March). This will be the backup

From its immaculate lawns to its show stopping
ocean- view balé, Saba Estate is an exceptional
venue for weddings, retreats and family
gatherings, and provides the perfect canvas for
the design of a unique event and the creation of
lasting memories.

For smaller groups, the beachside lawn provides


a stunning cocktail venue and the pool deck
area can be used for an intimate dinner.

Balloon release and/or Thai wishing lanterns are


strictly forbidden.

RESTROOMS

There are three bathrooms available on the first


floor, two are outside and on is inside. Another
bathroom can be made available in one of the
rooms on the second floor.

PA R K I N G

The parking area is to be kept free for guests’


arrival and departure. This means that there is
no parking on site for EO’s or suppliers. Vehicles
are permitted for a one-hour period for loading

RESTRICTIONS
The main living and dining room can be used for
welcome drinks but should not be used as main
event spaces. The furniture in these two areas
should not be moved or removed. Additional
infrastructure can be brought into these areas
with Saba Estate permission.

Bedrooms are for the use of resident guests


only and we recommend these to be locked
during the course of any given event. Smoking
is not permitted inside the house..

All events will be subject to a damage deposit of USD 5,000

an Event Plan via the appointed EO at least 6
weeks prior to the event date. The Event Plan
should include: an Event Summary, a Run Sheet
and a Site Plan. Saba Estate Event Team will
review the Event Plan and provide suggestions
and amendments no later than 14 days prior
to the event. This is also applicable for pre
and post events. Should an Event Plan not be
submitted on time, it may result in cancellation
of the booking.

Saba Estate is located in residential area, guests
and event organisers need to be sensitive to the
local community (Banjar).

There are generally strict local rules about music


and noise, although these do vary from villa to
villa. The rules typically are:
