Terms & Conditions January - December 2018

• Valid from Monday to Thursday

• Usage of Bar Lounge, Plumeria Room, Moonlight Garden, 1 Master Room and 2 Guest Rooms

• Venue usage from 10:00 AM – 23:00, (including load-in and load-out times)

• Food & Beverage credit included in the venue rental fee is at IDR 20,000,000 net for food only.
This entitles the client to use Tirtha’s Signature table arrangements, chairs, tables, crockery,
serviettes and glassware for dinner reception

• Standard Sound System of up to 5000 Watt (for Moonlight garden only)

• Outside Catering & Entertainment can be arranged with an additional gen set
(please arrange your own)

• No Entrance Fee for Entertainment, Florist, Furniture hire, however all details must be
submitted at least 30 days before the event date to our Sales team

• Village Permission will be applied for Band/DJ at IDR 1,500,000 net while Firework will be
at IDR 3,500,000 net.

• Recommended occupancy is 100 pax outdoor and indoor.

NOTE
• All prices are subject to 15.5% government tax and service charge.
No government tax or service charge applied to village permission fee
• No Artificial Flower allowed
• Additional village permission fee is applied for performances (Band, DJ and/or Fireworks). 1
• Rain stopper service or marquee rental is highly recommended during the rainy season

• Canapés from IDR 270,000/dozen

• Open Bar (Price per person for 3 hours/additional hour) please refer to the package

Entertainment:
• Musician: Jazz Trio, Quartet, Full 8-piece Band from IDR 13,800,000+village fee
• DJ from IDR 13,000,000+village fee
• Balinese Gamelan & Dance from IDR 4,000,000
• Fireworks from IDR 20,000,000+village fee
• Lighting/Stage/Tent price upon request
• Balinese Rain Stopper Prayer (prior to event) IDR 1,500,000

Accommodation (check in 02:00 PM & check out 11:00 AM)

1 Night accommodation for 6 pax IDR 13,500,000
(Using 1 Master Room & 2 Guest Rooms including 8 Hours Butler Service, and full facility of the Villa)

Payment
30% of the total payment is due 10 days after the reservation date is confirmed and latest 30
days prior to the event the remaining sum is due, otherwise the booking will be released.

Security Deposit IDR 20,000,000 net
