• 3 times a week villa cleaning and housekeeping service from 9 am - 5 pm.
• 2 times a week changing linen.
• Security daily service from 7 pm - 8 am.

Exclusion during the lease:

• Electricity. For conventional meter, the electricity charge per KWH will be calculated from the date of check in
until 1 day before check out and must be paid 1 day before check out. For token/prepaid meter, guests can
purchase an electricity token code as needed and the villa staff will be ready to help buy it.
• Breakfast.
• Laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.

Terms and Conditions during the lease:

• IDR 2,500,000 refundable security deposit is required to secure any damage the renter caused in the villa until the
end of the lease period.
• We have strict policy for any pets during the lease period. Only 1 (one) small dog or cat is allowed and it must have
its own proper pet’s cage. IDR 3,000,000 refundable pet’s security deposit is required.
• No sublease or shares the villa with other parties without permission during the lease period.
