Receipt is hereby acknowledge by Syaifullah Mughni Dwianto hereinafter called Tenant.

From Okta Rio Putra hereinafter called Villa Manager, 1 Finns PLATINUM Membership Card
as a complimentary given to tenants during their rental period at Oasis Villa (2 Bedrooms)
located at Gang Layur, Jalan Pantai Berawa, Tibubeneng, Badung Bali – Indonesia 80361.

This membership card can only be used by one person and must be shown to the Finns
receptionist to register, then you can access Finns Bali or use its facilities whenever needed.

Finns PLATINUM Membership Card must be returned and handed over to the Villa Manager
upon check out. If there is loss, damage, or misuse of the card, please immediately inform
the Villa Manager and there is a fine of IDR 100,000 / card that will be charged on the Tenant
The fine will be deducted from the security deposit that has been given to the Villa Manager
at check-in. Hereby, the Tenant agree to obey the rules written above.
