Here are some important things that the participant should know:
1. Each participant will be responsible for their visa and flight trip from and to Ngurah Rai
International Airport, Bali, Indonesia

4. Before departure, please ensure that you have packed items listed below with you, as it is
mandatory to you. The items are:
1. Valid Passport
2. Flight ticket
3. Visa (if required)
Along with the mandatory items, do not forget to pack appropriate attire suitable for the activities
that will be done during the event and personal medicine. In accordance to the event, we would like
to inform you that it is illegal to bring drugs into Indonesia as death penalty will be charged. It is also
prohibited to smoke in Public area on Bali. Please do your survey before your departure to avoid any
difficulties.
As for the payment, participants are needed to transfer based on the type of accommodation (Full
Accommodation - 3 Star Hotel) or (Non-Accommodation) on the duration of payment date at the
latest with one way of payment:

PAYMENT
1. All fees are non-refundable* (TnC for refund)*.
2. The provision of payment will be informed in the letter of commitment that will be provided
by the committee.
REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. For the cancellation due to force majeure (sickness, death of a family member, natural
disaster, etc.) the delegates may apply for a 100% refund at the latest 60 days before the
event
2. For cancellation due to visa rejection, the delegates will get 100% refund. the delegates
should inform approximately 45 days of the event.
VISA
1. Upon request, successful registrants will be issued a Letter of Invitation from Bali Asia
International MUN stating the status of their participation at Bali Asia International MUN
after background check. Registrants may use the Letter of Invitation in their visa acquisition
process.
2. Bali Asia International MUN will not provide visa and is not responsible for any participant’s
visa into Bali, Indonesia.
CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Registrants hereby certify by completing the registration process that all information
submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrants understand that falsification of any
information provided will disqualify him or her from participation in Bali Asia International
MUN and future Bali Asia International MUN activities and falsification of information or
impersonation may result in legal actions.
2. Participants agree that all materials produced for this conference will be original work.
Plagiarism will not be tolerated at Bali Asia International MUN and should the Bali Asia
International MUN Committee discover instances of plagiarism, the individual will be
disqualified from the conference without refund
3. Participants are expected and obliged to obey the laws of Bali, Indonesia while participating
in Bali Asia International MUN. Participants are personally responsible for all charges and
damage to facilities of the conference and social event venues.
4. Participants understand full assumption of risks and acknowledge that Bali Asia International
MUN and its committee, elected representatives and employees, do not assume any
responsibility for the conduct and activities of the participants.
5. The organizer is committed in providing an environment that is free of harassment. We’ll be
warning the harasser to cease his or her behaviour, or ending the talk early if she/he uses
inappropriate language or images, or requiring a harasser to leave the convention
immediately, or banning a harasser from future events or for a certain time period. If you
are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns,
please contact a member of the conference committee. The committee will be wearing red
tag ID. You may also contact hotel staff and ask to be put in touch with the conference chair.
6. Participants agree to accept and abide by this Code of Conduct.
