MODEL UNITED NATION in Bangkok, Thailand, 9th-12th November 2018.

We are pleased to accept and invite you, with detailed contact as follow:

Here are some important things that the participant should know:
1. Each participant will be responsible for their visa and flight trip to and from Bangkok -
Thailand.
2. Check in Hotel on 2 PM Friday, 9th November 2018 and check out before 12 PM Monday,
12th November 2018
3. Before departure, please ensure that you have packed items listed below with you, as it is
mandatory to all participants to re-register in the registration day. The items are:
 Valid Passport
 Flight ticket
 Visa (if required, 55 countries allowed to enter Thailand under the Visa Exemption
Rule)
Along with the mandatory items, do not forget to pack appropriate attires suitable for the activities
that will be done during the event and personal medicine. In accordance to the event, we would like
to inform you that it is illegal to bring drugs into Thailand and death penalty will be charged. It is also
prohibited to smoke in Bangkok, Thailand. Please make a survey before your departure to avoid any
difficulties.

All the participants should attach formal photo to email: info@modelunitednation.org before
September 16th, 2018 and scan valid passport, visa*(for country that have to use visa to Thailand)
and flight ticket latest by September 16th, 2018. Thank you in advance for your kind attention and

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ASIA YOUTH INTERNATIONAL MUN 2018

1. Registration Deadline
All registration are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once maximum capacity is reached,
Delegates will be able to register to be placed on a waiting list.

Registration payment periods are;

Early Bird
220 USD - Non Accommodation
 First Payment (110 USD) Deadline: July 31st 2018
 Second Payment (110 USD) Deadline: August 31st 2018
365 USD - Full Accommodation
 First Payment (200 USD) Deadline: July 31st 2018
 Second Payment (165 USD) Deadline: August 31st 2018

Normal Payment
255 USD - Non Accommodation
 First Payment (130 USD) Deadline: August 31st 2018
 Second Payment (125USD) Deadline: September 30th 2018

400 USD - Full Accommodation

 First Payment (200 USD) Deadline: August 31st 2018
 Second Payment (200 USD) Deadline: September 30th 2018

***Making a payment is considered to agree to the terms and conditions and failure to make a payment will cause a
cancellation of the participant.

2. Cancellation Policy
 If cancellation of program done by committee, full refund will be paid to participants (100%)
 Non-refundable, If the selected Delegate cancel his/her participation after the Payment.

3. Visa

 Upon request, successful registrants will be issued a Letter of Invitation from Asia Youth
International MUN stating the status of their participation at Asia Youth International MUN
after background check. Registrants may use the Letter of Invitation in their visa acquisition
process.

 Asia Youth International MUN will not provide Visa Letters and is not responsible for any
participant’s visa into Bangkok, Thailand. All fees are non-refundable, and it is the participant's
responsibility to secure the necessary documentation to enter Bangkok, Thailand. Asia Youth
International MUN will not issue refunds for delegates who are unable to secure a visa.

4. Privacy and Intellectual Property

 AYIMUN reserves the right to utilize all data submitted by individuals to AYIMUN and to collect
data in the form of photographs or videos during the conference and social events without
limitations.
 All registrants agree that no data, results, and materials for use in AYIMUN 2018 will be
disseminated by means of publications, reports, conferences, or any other form without the
express written consent from AYIMUN of which these products, data, results, and materials are
its exclusive property.
 AYIMUN reserves the right to update and change information without further notice.

5. Code of Conduct
 Registrants hereby certifies by completing the registration process that all information
submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrant understands that falsification of any
information provided will disqualify him or her from participation in AYIMUN and future
AYIMUN activities, and falsification of information or impersonation will result in legal actions.
 Participants agrees that all materials produced for this conference will be original work.
Plagiarism will not be tolerated at AYIMUN, and should the AYIMUN Secretariat discover
instances of plagiarism, the individual will be disqualified from the conference without refund.
 Participants are expected and obliged to obey the laws of Bangkok, Thailand while participating
in AYIMUN. Participants are personally responsible for all charges and damage to facilities of the
conference and social events venues.
 Participants understands full assumption of risk and acknowledges that AYIMUN, and its
members, officers, elected representatives and employees, including the AYIMUN student
Secretariat team, do not assume any responsibility for the conduct and activities of the
participant.
 Participants agree to accept and abide by the Code of Conduct published in the Conference
Handbook and decided by the AYIMUN Secretary-General.
