TERMS AND CONDITION


Eligibility
1. IRDUMUN 2021 is open for participants in the age of 15 years old or above
2. IRDUMUN 2021 is open for everyone who passionate about MUN or wish to
have experiences in MUN with high interest in global affairs
3. All the delegates are expected to available on July 30th to August 1st in term of
attending the conferences (cancellation policy will be explained in the next article)
4. All the delegates should choose 2 among the 3 councils provided and maximum 3
countries based on their preferences
5. All matters regarding the council and country allocation will be arranged based on the
decision of the Committees

Platform
1. IRDUMUN 2021 will be held on Microsoft Teams (code teams TBA)
2. All the delegates have to submit their personal e-mail as a support for the Committees
to link delegates’ account to the platform
3. Further commands about the platform will be announced soon

Cancellation Policy
1. For cancellation due to sudden inavailability of the date, the delegates will be given
a 25% refund maximum 3 days before the conferences
2. For cancellation without any given information, the Committees have no obligation
to provide refund

Privacy and Intellectual Property


1. No delegates’ data, results, and materials, as the exclusive property, for use in
IRDUMUN 2021 will be disseminated by means of publications, reports, conferences,
or any other form without the mutual consent by both parties
2. IRDUMUN 2021 reserves the right to utilize all data submitted by delegates and to
collect data in the form of photographs or videos during the conference and social
events without limitations
3. Personal e-mail, as delegates’ personal data, will be used as a support for
the conferences as mentioned in Platform article

Event Requirements
Since IRDUMUN 2021 wish to be a platform for all the delegates to form good memories by
exchanging culture in their MUN experiences, this year’s event has provided an
opportunity for delegates who want to share:
1. Delegates’ honorable mention(s) on their culture (e.g. delagates’ most notable places)
2. The submission can be in the form of photos, videos, narrations, etc.
3. The submission can be submitted through IRDUMUN’s official e-mail or
+62 81931724889 (Staff of Delegates Affairs) on WhatsApp
4. This article is not mandatory, all the submission are expected based on
delegates’ willingness to participate in this event session. Delegates’ submission
will be presented on the last day of the conferences

Code of Conduct
1. Delegates hereby certify by completing the registration process that all information
submitted is truthful and accurate. Delegates are expected to understand that the
falsification in the submitted information will not be on the Committees responsibility
2. Delegates agree that all materials produced in IRDUMUN 2021 are original works.
Plagiarism will not be tolerated, if only the Committees discover plagiarism by all
forms, the delegate will not get any benefit provided in IRDUMUN 2021.The term of
refund will not be applied to this condition.
3. Delegates understand full assumption of risks and acknowledges that IRDUMUN
2021 with its Committees and stakeholders, do not assume any responsibility for the
conduct and activities of the participant.
4. Delegates agree to accept and abide by the Code of Conduct published in the
LOA and decided by the IRDUMUN 2021’s Committees
