Note: Biometric is exempted for children below 12 years, hence Children below the age of 12 years need not visit the Visa
Application Centre to submit their applications or to enrol Biometrics. Parents/Legal Guardian can submit their application on behalf
of the children.
For Parking:
While the Shivaji Stadium Metro Station does not allow parking of vehicles at the station itself due to Security Protocols mandated by
DMRC, ample paid parking is available in close vicinity of the Metro Station premises as detailed below: Multi-Level Car Park in
DLF Capitol Point Building – Approx. 5 Minutes’ walk to the Metro Station. Basement Level Parking behind Rajiv
Gandhi Handicrafts Bhavan (Diagonally Opposite the Metro Station)- Approx. 5 Minutes’ walk to the Metro Station Parking
at Hanuman Mandir- Approx. 5- 7 Minutes’ walk to the Metro Station Basement Level Parking at Palika Bazar- 7- 10
Minutes’ walk to the Metro Station.
Note: Vehicles are allowed to drop and pick up right at the entry of the Shivaji Stadium Metro Station
Please note: Your safety is our priority. Customers visiting our Visa Application Centres may be subjected to body temperature checks
to assess their health conditions and may be required to wear face mask and gloves. Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms,
including fever (higher than 38 degrees Celsius), cough and difficulty breathing will be allowed to reschedule their appointment for
another day and will be advised to seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility of their choice.

REQUISITE DOCUMENTS FOR A BUSINESS VISA

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS: Please show original documents at the time of submission of the
Application.
1. Application form fully completed and signed by applicant
2. One recent passport-size Photographs (white background)
3. Passport/Travel Document must:
a) Have been issued within the previous 10 years, and the validity must not exceed 10 yrs.
b) At least have a validity of 3 months after intended stay
c) Have at least 2 blank pages.
4. Overseas medical insurance with minimum coverage of Euro 30,000, for emergency
hospital and repatriation expenses.
5 Travel itinerary with travel dates, including return flight reservation or bookings, proofof
accomodation.
(Please mention if any other country/countries are to be covered during the entire trip.)
6. One set photocopy of applicant’s Passport.
7. Copy of all previous Schengen Visa
8. Proof of accommodation

9. Documentation proving the economic status of the sending Company
a) Registration Certificates of Company or Proof of Board Membership for liberal
professionals or Letter from Medical Institutions in case of doctors,

10. Letter from Indian Company or Institution, explaining purpose of the visit, professional status
of applicant, and details regarding activities and business relation with Italian company.The letter
must be signed by the authorized person, whose name and charge must be clearly
identified.
11. Availability of adequate financial means of the applicant

c. Personal bank statement for the last six months, in original letter stamped
from the bank or then the online print of bank statement should be stamped
and signed from the branch manager.
