• Service fee is non-refundable once it is paid online.• Customer is required to provide the translation of Bahasa documents
(e.g., up to date family cards and employment letter).• Customer is kindly advised to verify that there are no discrepancies as to
the name spelling/ identity of the documents‘ holder. Please note that applicants are required to present their up-to-date
family card (kartu keluarga) – which is not older than six months – along with a formal translation. If the name based
on the up-to-date family card (kartu keluarga) and passport differs, applicants have to provide relevant legal proof (e.g., endorsement
of name in passport or court ruling about name change with translation and apostille) as to have their application processed.•

Customer is required to put on mask at all times while being the VFS premise• Customer will have a temperature check before
entering premise. If the temperature will be >= 37.3 C, customer will be requested to return once condition has improved.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Effective 1 January 2024, the following changes will be implemented across our visa application centres in Indonesia:• Only
applicants who have come to submit their visa applications will be allowed entry into the visa application centre. Travel agents /
applicant representatives / or anyone accompanying the applicant will no longer be permitted inside the centre.• Elderly and
minor applicants will be allowed to enter the visa application centre with their guardian/parent/caregiver for assistance.• For

applications that do not require the physical presence of the applicant at the visa application centre for biometric data submission, an
authorisation letter must be provided by the applicant to the individual submitting the application on his/her behalf at the centre.
To enhance your convenience, we provide several cashless payment options for settling Visa fees, VFS service fees, and any additional
fees for optional VFS Value Added Services. These payment methods include QRIS (QR code), debit card, credit card, and bank
transfer.
