Bookings:
You must complete the following steps to complete your reservation:

- Pay 50% of the week by sending an email to hello@saltyarg.com with the date of the week you want to join
and your method of payment.
* Any applicable discounts and / or additional charges will be applied to your balance due.

- Send an email to hello@saltyarg.com with proof of payment and your personal data (Name and Surname,
Telephone, Date of Birth and Package) to receive your registration form.
- Email your travel itinerary to hello@saltyarg.com using the following format:

Cancellations and changes:
Our cancellation / change policies are as follows:
Within 60 days of the start date of your Endless Summer: your deposit is non-refundable. If at the time of
cancellation, you rebook for another surftrip date within one year of your original trip date, your deposit less a
$ 100 usd exchange fee will be applied to the future reservation.
Within 30 days of the surftrip start date: your deposit is fully NON-refundable and no portion can be applied to
a future reservation.
Within 1 week of the start of the surftrip: your deposit and any balance paid will not be fully refundable.
