Please note :- In light of the latest Govt of Maharashtra order, all customers need to be fully vaccinated in order to be permitted entry
into our Visa Application centre in Maharashtra.

You need to provide proof of vaccination at the entry of our office by;
1) A physical COWIN Certificate,
2) Confirmation via Arogya Setu app
3) Providing a universal ID as issued by Govt Of Maharashtra.

Partially or unvaccinated customers will require to take a fresh appointment. We request your cooperation on the above policy
adherence to ensure we are able to provide a safe environment to our customers. Important Notice : In view of the COVID-19
situation, wearing a face mask in VFS Globals Visa Application Centre is recommended as per the directive from the local health
authority We Thank You for your cooperation.IMPORTANT:
Customers to please note BKC Trade Centre lobby is undergoing maintenance activity hence the entry floor leading to the Visa
Application Centre is uneven and may cause discomfort. It is recommended for customers to wear flat / comfortable footwear
whenever they visit the premises. To ensure comfort for senior citizens, pregnant ladies, mothers with infants or persons with
disabilities, our teams would make arrangement for support staff with wheelchairs whenever required. You may reach out to VFS
security guards at the entrance gate for assistance.
